Siemens SX1 (2005)

Terrible – Probably one of the best phones on the market. But if you need the phone serviced, LOOKOUT because the service is a dissgrace. BOTH FROM SIEMENS AND IT'S TRY-HARD PARTNERS. The Siemens SX1 has the lot. 5 Mins of Video, cam, FM stereo, and more things you download onto it than a mac. When things go wrong, LOOKOUT! When you can find a service centre.

It me 2 days to find a service centre that would have a look at my SX1, I asked are they able to download the firmware upgarade which they said yes too as at the time thats all I wanted.

They couldn't!

It took them 2 days to tell me that

Then after a month of use the Joy-stck started to play-up so I rang Siemens who put me in touch with a mob in Brizzy that said they have some exclusive deal with siemens and could fix the phone, that took a month, only to find out the one of the other buttons wasn't working either.

They finally after 47 days told me my phones ready to be picked up....nice-touch!

Siemens or their affiliate didn't offer me another phone while my near brand-new Siemens SX1 was being fixed, and after about the the 20th day I simply asked for another phone to which I'm sure they laughed at.
