Not good – Nightmare. Mattress failed in weeks. Has a depression that you can't move away from as it's downhill to the centre of it and drags you into it. Sleepmaker spent months helping. AKA trying to find a way to blame it on me. Their final response was it was my bed base that was at fault. Slats to far apart. But the mattress failed on a bed with 14 x 90 x 45mm pine lengths on an ensemble base. I then bought a new base and they blamed it on that. Made no sense. They could have blamed it on the light switch. Bottom line is they know the game. Fair trading can't help. No return of money. Just stopped returning any communication and I'm stuck with the faulty mattress. By the way sleepmaker don't refund you. They just run you around and try to wear you out. The refund has to come from the store, and is at the store owners discretion. You will be dealing with two teams of professionals. Sleepmaker has a whole department dedicated to warranty claims. You wont be getting anything back, just losing time until you realize.
