Solis Palazzo Rapid Steam

Best machine – Just a really easy machine, enjoy the simplicity and so quiet! The only negative is that cleaning but that comes with the teritory. I would definitely recommend it to and first time buyers who enjoy a bean or alternatively a ready ground coffee. All round a good buy and looks great in my kitchen

Rubbish – This is a very, very poor machine quality wise, that I'm surprised Solis have put their name to. The first Rapid went for 2 years, then was replaced less than 12 months ago. Now the water tank empty light goes on all the time even when full and it defaults to not running due to empty. We have tried and tried. the cleaning process works, but it defaults again. Rubbish Name --- originally expensive, and poor service agents
