great phone, terrible software – The phone in general is great when it is working. Easy to use tho its media section can be improved. The glossy paint does come off very easy. But overall the phone will take a good beating and still work perfectly well (been dropped a few times) the only big prob I have with the phone is that it keeps restarting randomly. This can happen in the middle of txting or in an important call. I would not buy this phone again only on that account that it keeps restarting. oka battery life, easy to use restarts all the time.

Worst phone i've ever owned, absolute rubbish just like all sony/ericsson phones. Waste of money buying it as have nothing but problems from day one. Will never buy this brand ever again.

Good – This phone is perfect for day-to-day calling and has the main functions of a phone designed perfectly. Aesthetically, it looks ok. However, due to the shiny keys (I have the silver version), the paint will wear off after a while. The camera is ok, though not anything flash. It has most of the functionality needed in a phone, is very reliable and the charge is capable of lasting for at least 3 days with normal use Cheap, slim, light. Good sound quality. Long lasting battery Paint chips off the keys after extended use. The phone also turns off randomly sometimes. (very occasionaly)

Good – Overall I'm very happy with this phone. Its the first non-Nokia phone I've had but is just as user friendly. I've had no problems with it since I got it about a year ago. Compact, slim and light weight. All keys on front (no slide or flip) so easy to access and no problems with dirt or dust messing it up, 2 mp camera that is great when you don't have a real camera on hand, heaps of functions like internet, email. Didn't come with cables to upload photos to computer, hard to buy an suitable case or cover to protect it
