The screen was terrible – My husband and I dealt with Sony for 2 years (back and forth) trying to get them to our house to view the image on our TV screen that would stop us from watching anything. After so many ridiculous "responses" we finally had a tech come out and view the screen and gave us a refund. The guy who came out was nice No TV screen for 1.5 years
