Sony 46" LCD TV – I purchased this in 2012 and haven't had any problems with it. The screen is great and quite clear. I purchased it because the picture quality was markedly better than other brands at the time, although more expensive. I find the programme screen is easy to look at, showing important info without cluttering it up. The menus are fast and responsive, unlike cheaper brands. Having said that, it takes 20-30 seconds to "boot-up" when switched on before the menus are usable.

I have connected it to the Internet once or twice, it comes with a few built in apps (ABC's iVIEW, YouTube, etc) they seem to work fine.

I mainly use the HDMI inputs for connecting a laptop or PS4 to it, which work flawlessly.

Sony Bravia – Excellent picture quality and very easy to assemble. Relatively light weight on a swivel base. Set up is very simple and easy to follow, there is no messing around with this. Would have liked to have a dongle along with the deal as I cannot access the internet without it. Tried using an existing dongle we have and it wasn't compatible so it appears you can only use the sony brand. Price was excellent for the size and quality of the appliance and it's worth every cent. Picture quality outstanding

Sony Bravia SMART TV – Excellent TV. I bought it at a discount from Dick Smith. The picture quality is good. Uses LED. The sound is amazing. The best feature is the internet connectivity. It has both wired and wireless connectivity. The wi-fi dongle from Sony is $99. That is a bit expensive. Would have been very good if there is discount in the Sony wifi dongle with the purchase of the Sony Bravia SMART TV. Internet connectivity. Picture and Sound quality.
