Complicated instructions – This ereader appears to have many benefits of weight, display, dictionary, audio and text books. The display is easy to read and the size of the reader is most comfortable. However, when trying to transfer downloads from pc to the ereader, the process was extremely complicated. Myself and friends have spent hours unsuccessfully trying to achieve this task. Display, weight, dictionary, battery life, storage capacity. Could not transfer ebooks from a pc.

Fantastic – I have owned this unit for over 6 months and use it frequently when travelling. Unit is light and lasts for days without requiring charging. Touch screen allows you to turn pages by swiping right/left or left/right. I also bought the hard case with inbuilt LED light which is a must for reading in low light as the e-ink display has no inbuilt back light. Unit came with a stylus for driving the display, but I lost it early on and have never missed it, not sure why Sony included it as there is no holder to keep it close. Variable font size makes it easy to read any document and inbuilt dictionary for instantly looking up unknown words Sharp easy to read display, extremely long battery life, usb charging. Inbuilt wifi & web browser are fairly average. E-ink display is far to slow for proper web browsing
