Terrible – Major dissapointment with a usually good brand. Even with very limited use our machine only lasted 9 months before the main pwb assy and video deck assy broke. It just came up on the screen saying 'cannot play this disc' didnt matter what disc it was just would'nt work.We had it repaired but only lasted 3 months and it broke again. Sony authorized repair only as it was just out of warranty but wouldnt replace the unit. It has now broken for a third time. It is once again being reviewed by a Sony case manager but we had to pay $88 for our local service agent to diagnose the 'same fault again' before sony would take it further!! Fingers crossed we get our money back!! I noticed someone elses review mentioned cheap 'non sony' mechanism used in these machines so do you homework first!!

We used it very little and it has broken 3 times.
