The best diet I've been on. I am serious – This is the best diet ever. It is'nt really a restrictive diet it is a life change diet. I lost 3kgs in the first 2 weeks not as much as the book suggests but I don't mind. The weight is still coming off. This is day 16 for me and I feel great! hungry for the past few weeks...I am on day 14 of the 'diet', wich I prefer to call a new way of eating. I have lost 9 pounds...feel better...and look better. The only thing I would say is bad is that I really got sick of eggs...but once I made myself a veggie omlet, I was fine. I miss pancakes:( It was hard to make them for my children yesterday, but I did not fall!!!!

Excellent – This 'diet' is a lifestyle change and I stuck to it for almost a year. adopted many aspects of this diet into my eating etc. You do eat a lot, which is good because you are never hungry and it is easier to stick to then other diets I have tried. I would recommend this to anyone, its probably one of the best 'diets' out there...and I have tried ALOT!!!

Excellent – I really liked this diet and I lost weight on it and kept it off. The foods were easy to prepare and very filling. There is very little carb, but lots of vegetables. This is my favourite way of eating and if I begin to gain weight I just get back on the plan and it comes off pretty quickly. I did not feel hungry on this diet. The weight came off quickly at first and then continued to come off each week at a slower rate. I found it easy to follow and liked the foods. No fruit in the first two weeks.

Excellent – gave me stacks of energy. ifeel satisfied a lot quicker, no more roller coaster hunger! i look great! the weight came off my hips and thighs, my skin glows. just love it! it works! very quickly. i only had about 6 ks to loose but i noticed a difference withing days! i feel great and have stacks of energy. love it! can be hard to plan meals as preperation can be a pain. but i fould simple solutions like cheese slices and salad packs!

Good – I lost 5 Kg on this diet in two weeks, without feeling tired or hungry. I'm on my third week of this diet and feel very energetic. banned, only certain foods like pasta are restricted in the first two weeks.

It works - I lost 5 Kg in two weeks! I can't think of anything bad about this diet.

OK – I didn't find there was much incentive to eat well except for my own health but sometimes you need a bit more of a kick and this is just a eating a healthy low carb diet which is not so intense as the Atkins diet. Is teaching people to eat healthy. You need discipline to eat well and monitor eating well. There is not much support.
