Best purchase i've ever made! – A purchase we are actually delighted with. Staff at Spa World were very knowledgeable and passionate about their product. We weren't given the pushy sales tactics we found everywhere else. We were assisted every step of the planning process and they made it really easy for us. The delivery guys were also excellent and very considerate of our property and garden. The product itself is just fantastic. Everything from the jets to the underwater lights, waterfalls and aromatherapy system. Love it. Highly recommended! Looks amazing in the garden, energy efficiency, non chlorine and extremely easy to operate and look after. When we 1st filled we had a very small leak from one of the pumps. Spa World had someone there same day and fixed what was just a loose barrel union so can't fault the service there.
