Nothing better! – This pump is absolutely worth every cent! Combing Fenugreek (8000mg per day as advised by midwife) and a lactation Biscuit recipe www.thebakermama.com whilst pumping for 15mins every 2/3 hours increased my supply from 30ml to 180ml plus in a matter of weeks! Easy and comfortable... cannot fault this product at all. Show details
Perfect Pump! – I couldn’t recommend the Spectra Dew 300 Electric Breast Pump any more than I already do! After trying a previous breast pump that was painful and uncomfortable to use, I had none of the problems with this pump! It is a very affordable hospital grade pump - I find the suction is absolutely great, and it makes very little noise! I certainly recommend this breast pump!
Problem solver!!! – I have been using spectra for 1 month now. I was on verge of losing all my milk supply. I was using tommee tippee manual pump. That was terrible for my hands and very time consuming. Because of spectra I have got my milk supply back and can't thank enough!!!. Excellent for its value.. Reliable
Quiet, quick and efficient! – At first I was hesitant. I had only ever used a small, battery powered pump. The Spectra Dew 300 seemed complicated with many parts but it was suprisingly easier than I had imagined! And quiet! No disturbing bubby while they are asleep, awesome!! Suction was fantastic and it didn't take long at all, especially while double pumping!! Wow! It's a… Read more
little bigger than I was previously used to. I will only use it as a home based pump but I don't generally pump outside of my home anyway. Totally reccomend this value for money breast pump!! Nice one Spectra! Oh so quiet! A little on the beefy side compared to what I am used to.
Inexpensive hospital grade pump – I was given this breast pump. After giving it some use, I'd have to say it is a fantastic double or single pump. I've used hospital pumps in the past, and I have to say, it's better than the pump the hospital home visit midewives loaned me. It is bulky, and I wouldn't take it to work to pump, possibly take it on holidays if I had to. I have it set… Read more
up at small "pumping station" with everything I need to express each day. It's used often as I express for days that I am at work. It's quieter than any electric pump I've ever used and has easily adjustable suction settings- the first half of the dial for single pumping, second half of the dial for double pumping. (You could use the second half for single pumping, but it would be too strong, the first half of the dial doesn't provide enough suction for double pumping- this is something I've deduced myself)
Would recommend purchasers to also purchase a double pumping bra as double pumping can be tricky and you get bored holding the pumps- a pumping bra would allow you to read etc.
All in all, a good value for money pump. Would definitely recommend to a friend, specially to those who have never breasfed before- why buy a second hand pump for the same price as this one brand new? For the price, you could buy this for use at home and a spectra portable pump for when you need to express at work etc. Quiet, efficient, easily assembled, easy to use. Instructions were quite brief, if I hadn't owned electric pumps before I would have struggled to assemble it. It's not suitable to take out & about (ie work)
Ulimate Breast Pump – I can't speak highly enough of this terrific breast pump. Having been in hospitals with my youngest son, I had used both the Medela Symphony and Lactina, and also had the Swing for use at home. I've found the Spectra DEW 300 to be better than all of these. It's suction is easily on par with the Symphony, but it's a fraction of the price, much… Read more
more compact, and quieter. I can efficiently single or double pump a feed out in 10 minutes, compared to about 45 minutes on the Swing. It's so easy to use, a single power button, then a dial for suction strength. You won't be disappointed in any way. Effiecent, inexpensive, reliable and fantastic customer service from Spectra
