Unfit it unsafe to use sadly – Was meant to be the ideal pram travel system until age 4 approx( My son was to tall for pram at 3). I had premmy bAby so pram never went through much ware and tare but as soon as baby old enough to be sitting in pramit was literally useless wheels buckled got stuck and lock, breaks don't always click off properly baby bounces around alot, gets… Read more
stuck when collapsing but worse of all wood is Used inside basket and breeds mould as wood roots and this is just from washing pramor wiping it out which you obviously would expect to be better constructed and thought through as poses health risks to child and parent very unhappy I had to buy another pram as I just had a baby and couldn't use this piece of crap sadly my beloved dream pram forapretty steep $600 gave me 6months use if that and has been in my shed. Have seen recall for this pram regarding folding and wasn't going to bother but really $600 worth is a lot of money to forget about especially as its pretty much just unsafe it fit for normal intended use and should be recalled refunded or replacement offered at very least. A breeze – Steelcraft is the brand I started off with when I had a new born and I will never use another brand again in regards to a pram or stroller. I just purchased this one for my toddler and it is exactly how I expected. Easy to assemble. Easy and smooth to use. My child is comfortable. It comes with a rain cover which covers the whole pram. It folds up… Read more · 1
easily. It's light. Extremely easy to steer. The shade blocks the hot sun beautifully. It has a handy zipped compartment which is easily accessible while walking/standing. The basket is simply accessed from the front zip if fully reclined. Not much else to say really. I will always recommend steelcraft to anyone with a newborn or toddler. The only thing I'd like to know is, why doesn't it come with an arm rest?
I love this pram Absolutely amazing and a beast at holding a lot of weight for a family day out e.g. 10 can box, lots of show bags 2 tiered kids over the 22kg weight suggestion, breastfeeding mum I bought this pram second hand in 2016 and it's still going strong, doesn't tip easily either Show details

Good stroller at a reasonable price – We bought this as a present for our daughter & son in law, who were expecting in June last year. To be honest, what sold it really was the excellent sales service we had at the shop. The man demonstrated several prams/pushers and got my daughter to try as well. This one folds fairly easily, the seat reclines right back and my daughter says it is… Read more
easy to manoeuvre. It's great for when the babies are young. The components are well made, not cheap & nasty.
It isn't ultra heavy like some but it does take up a fair bit of boot space & my daughter is thinking of moving on to a lighter, smaller umbrella type stroller once the baby is a couple of years old.
But this one with adjustable back rest angles, good hood & a place to store some shopping has been really good so far. And the price was right. I wouldn't say it is cheap but it does the same job as several that were double the price and is wearing well, will be fine for other children that may come along.
We're happy with the purchase.
In the beginning it was great but.., – In the beginning when I was using the spike it was wonderful! Folds up so easy, so light and easy to put in the boot (could fit this alongside my maremma dog in the back of my Qashqaj!) ... BUT ... Now little one is getting bigger I decided to try out the pram without the capsule and then we ran into issues? Firstly, the seat tilt adjustment… Read more
is just rediculous. The strap adjustments is just a simply poor design, and no matter how much practice I get Bub always ends up lopsided... And if you aren't careful releasing it Bub will suddenly drop back!!
When your seat is leaned down, there's almost no way to use the basket storage. It's a good sized basket but inaccessible at best. I can't even get a small handbag into it. Essentially useless! I have to store her baby bag on the handles and, because of its light design, it feels like it could easily top if unattended!
On the plus side it's very easy to manoeuvre and as mentioned, it's light and small when folded. The ease of which it folds is its best feature by far.
Personally I regret getting a pram where Bub can't switch between rear and forward facing, and I'm in the market for a new pram before little one completely outgrown the capsule... For now I'll continue to use the capsule as I just cannot stand the pram seat tilt issues
Great so far – I had a strider plus prior to this which I had all the attachments for (bassinet, capsule, second seat, etc.). I used it quite a lot for walking and shopping (up until my son was 14 months) and loved but it was quite bulky and heavy so I decided to down size to the Agile. I'm very happy with it so far. I hadn't read any reviews prior to purchase… Read more
and my heart sank when I read a few after I bought it home, but so far no issues. I was advised to take off the wheels every couple of months and give them a good clean and some lubricant when I purchase it and although I haven't had it long it seems fine a bit noisy compared to the strider but this is a cheaper pram so I wouldn't expect any different. I have used this pram to walk on bumpy surfaces and have even had it in dirt and gravel and it is still easy to push and steer in fact this morning I even broke into a jog (although I wouldn't recommend doing this regularly with this pram as its NOT a jogging pram) and it handled it quite well (I did have the front wheels locked in though).
As far as the uneven seat issue due to the recline method, I have experienced this but since my son is older he is able to get himself into a comfortable position so it's not a problem for us but I can see how younger babies might look uncomfortable. I do however worry when he wakes up in the recline position and sits up and the whole back of the pram lifts up with him, it does not look that safe but he's all strapped in so realistically he's not going to fall out but still it's only gravity that keeps the seat in the recline position (or am I doing something wrong).
The handle is the perfect height for me as I'm only 5'3 but my 6'2 hubby gets a sore back if he uses it for too long. If I had the extra money I would have gone for the Agile plus which has the adjustable handle.
Overall this is a great no frills pram that's nice and compact (compared to the strider), light and super easy to fold. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it does the job and I'm pretty happy with it. I'm glad I went for the Agile and not an umbrella stroller the bigger, spongier wheels just make it so much easier to push and maneuver.

Great! – Very light weight, easy to use and can remove compartments to let airflow through. Only downside is the buckles are very fiddly to use and when adjusting the seat it can sometimes be uneven which can also become annoying, when people have borrowed the pram they have found it hard to set up but I myself have had no issues. Great Pram! Good for Tall Babies – This seat ia great for my very tall child, for the price it is great quality and long lasting, we love it and it folds up quite small and doesn't weight very much, only issues are that it doesnt sit up straight and my child regularly pulls herself up so shes sitting upright. The seat is also hard to clean properly because you have to unscrew… Read more · 1
some of the material and some of the frame doesnt come off at all to wash so hand washing ends up being easier
Very good product – Very easy to handle, very easy to fold and unfold, strong frames and wheels. Also very easy to assemble. Initially I felt it difficult to close the safety belt, as it has two buckles and that should come together to get it locked, but after some practice, it is okay. Show reply

Rust Terrible – We got rust on pram after 10 monts. If you are planing to take baby in a pram for a walk along the beach don' t buy steelcraft prams. If you dont want your baby to be in rusted pram buy some other brend that have rust warranty. I dont think is health for baby to be do close to rusted objects, but steelcraft dont care about your baby health they… Read more
only care how to take the money from you. Please read this :In your instruction manual, in the care and maintenance section it does state that when using your stroller at the beach – completely clean your stroller afterwards to remove the sand and salt from the mechanisms and wheel assembly. Sand and salt will cause premature wear and corrosion.
Not bad if you live in town – its ok to maneuver but after a few years of use (not heavy use either) the front wheels dont work properly. I live on a farm and have gravel roads to contend with and its very rough and hard to push even on grass, but the tyres are tough and dont ever have to worry about bindis. It is easy to fold and folds up compact compared to the Strider, the… Read more
capsule is great and easy to pop in and out of the stroller. The basket is very small and its hard to put babys bag on the handles as it does tip over. I wish the foot support could move up to accomodate the 2yr plus lunch sleepers but then i do have the first model Agile. Overall this pram would suit someone who lives in town or city with footpaths and roads to walk baby on and who really dont want to spend a bomb on a travel system. Also the sun hood is huge and it pulls forward quite a lot and has lots of air movement, great in the summer months.
Don't even bother buying one – The wheels on mine constantly lock up cannot turn corners at all i basically have it on the 2 back wheels, i found the recline straps horrible to use as well i never could get them even and bub would always be on a lean, i find the zipper and Velcro tabs always coming undone. I do like how easy it is to fold and how light it is fits perfect in my tiny Micra boot

6 years and still going – Had my agile pram for 6 years. Been through 2 kids, countless hose outs, several “outdoor rough terrain” activities and still near perfect condition! Definitely recommend! It folds down so easily also it’s perfect! It fits perfectly in smaller boot cars and is light enough to lift with one arm!
From 0 - 4 – We bought the pram and capsule and it was the best thing we did. As a baby so easy to shop and drive home. As a toddler he loves it too. So easy to push with one hand. And so light you can manage it after a C-section. Its also easy to clean and maintain.
Nice pram but the front wheels are not working properly – Pram is easy to fold and compact, seat lays back , can be a bit hard to put the seat back up, love the pocket at the back of the seat it's great storage. But disappointed that the front wheels are not maneuvering well anymore. Purchased in good second hand condition, but expected more
Perfect pram, absolutely love it! – This pram is so smooth to manuever on all terrains. I have been using this pram since my son was 4kg and he is now 9kg and it still handles like a dream. I love the strong structure of the pram, it holds my massive Skip Hop Grand Central baby bag with everything I need + a wet-bag on the handle with both clean & dirty cloth nappies without any… Read more
risk of tipping from the weight.
The build quality is immaculate. The quick-fold option is effortless and easy to put away into a car or to unfold in one swift movement ready to use. I know this pram will last until my son outgrows it and beyond. Highly recommended this amazing pram!
Fantastic Stroller – This stroller is fantastic. We purchased this stroller as we needed a lightweight alternative to our full convertible pram/stroller. We used this stroller on holidays in France & Italy. The stroller easily survived the baggage handlers and also the notoriously rough cobblestone roads and paths of these countries. Very easy to open and close, and very easy to maneuver. Our son was more than comfortable in this stroller.
Cannot live with out it – I highly recommended this pram. I cannot fault it. Fold up easy and compact and fits in a small boot. Extreamly easy to maneuver. Great on all terrain even the sand at the beach. It's very light weight and my daughter loves it. I went through 8 prams and hated them all then got this and will never buy another pram. Been using it for two years now and is still strong as ever and looks amazing still.
The best investment we made for ease of transport – This thing is awsome. I look like i know what i am doing as it's so easy to fold and unfold. No looking like a complete idiot in the shopping center car park. The fact that the baby capsule clips straight in is a god send. Birth till 4yrs , Just buy this one and know you have made the right decision. Love it.
I love this pram! – It steers very well, it's exceptional to fold up- can do it one handed and it is very lightweight. Only downside is you have to pay extra for the snacktray or a bar. I haven't used the capsule part yet as I bought this pram once my bub was bigger.
I love this pram! – Easy to collapse, easy to steer. Has a pocket at the back and you will be surprised what can fit in that, honestly. The seat can recline right down which was perfect for my son whilst we travelled and he had to sleep in the buggy, which was the main reason I purchased this pram. Show reply

Wish I'd bought one sooner – This pram has been my favourite so far for my youngest 2 children. It's so light, folds up small and lays flat so perfect for bub's sleeping while I'm walking and at shopping centres. It has a great turning circle and you can push it with one hand while holding a coffee in the other! I have needed to lubricate the front wheels like others have mentioned but ALL prams need maintenance and cleaning to stay in good condition.
Love it – I have had my Agile for 4 years. I find it light, easy to steer (as long as the toddler doesn't lock the front wheels), compact (fits in boot of a Golf with room for bike and graceries) and extreamly easy to fold. The only issue I had was the buckle clips broke fairly early on (but can still use it) and i have noticed that the buckle has been… Read more
updated in more recent models.
The fact that you can use the stroller witht the capsule is a bonus but would prefer more options for the capsules and adaptors.
Would be good if there was a travel bag available spe ifically for the agile. I use a mountain buggy one that isn't quite a perfect fit.
One of the best stroller systems at this price point.
We have used and abused our Agile across two kids and have had no issues and recommend it to anyone who asks.
Not happy – I purchased this pram for $500 in rotorua (Baby Factory) two weeks after purchase i noticed the back flap, whoch is attached by zipper kept unzippin, and my baby is always lopsided, no matter how much i try straiten the back. Just not as good as they say. Very dissappointing really. Have been tryna contact customer service for a new back flap for… Read more
months no help at all. Thank god i still have the number for the store as they were very helpful and are sending a replacement part. Bt im still unsure how to get the back strait because it starts off strait then i notice my baby always sunken on one side. And i have the 3wheeler agile plus and there are pretty much next to none reviews, how tos for this make. Even on the britax page.
Horrible to use – Steering is horrible, the way you adjust the seat up and down with straps is awkward and difficult. To release the break you have to flick it back up with your foot which isn't great if you're wearing uncovered shoes. It feels like this is a pram for older kids (one and up?) my 7 month old also slips to one side. On the other hand it has a massive hood which is great, and the ability to take the back panel off for air circulation is also good.
Our 1st Pram and Capsule – Very compact pram and I was seduced by the capsule / car seat, the adapters were easy to use. It is relatively light and easy to fold while I regret that I couldn't find easy options like a carry bag for plane travel, but we managed the travel around the world with the whole system! We took it out in the gravel tracks a few time and in the snow… Read more
but we decided that we needed something more 4x4 for a pram so we sold it when our 10 month old refused to sit in it anymore, maybe it was a bit too deep and couldn't see well around.
Bad pram – My daughter always have her head twisted depending which way I go.
Steelcraft Agile – Fantastic lightweight pram. Very easy to open and close. Fairly compact as well (fits neatly in my Mazda 3 boot). I purchased the travel system with infant carrier and was pleased I did, as it was fantastic to be able to transfer my daughter in and out of the car easily if she was sleeping when we were out and about. I also loved how the bub is… Read more
rear-facing when the capsule was locked into the pram. The pram is also very easy to push. Only issue I have had is the wheels sometimes lock and the break also gets stuck sometimes. Also, I wish the handle bar was adjustable.
I would not call this a walking pram and doesn't really work that well on the road/footpath. Fantastic shopping centre pram though!
Overall I found this to be a very reasonably priced pram/travel system.
Update : 3 years after purchasing this pram & the front wheels lock to the wrong direction constantly making steering very difficult. The break also gets stuck on. In addition the clip harness has broken several times. Very easy to open and close. Lightweight and compact. Handle bar not adjustable - I am 6ft and it is probably just that little bit too low for me. Wheels not that durable on the road.
Love it, faced the tyre issue but easily fixed by a WD40 spray – Very lightweight , doesn't occupy a lot of space, used it for our second baby and going to buy Agile plus now. (before that I had three different prams but this one was the hit). We used for about 3 years but now need a new one as it was heavily used. For the wheel alignment issue, try WD40 and some cleaning, I was going to replace mine too (and was disappointed) but it took 5 minutes to fix it (WD40 always works!) Show reply
Bad pram – We use it for less than a year n the front wheel stuck at one side which makes it impossible to manoeuvre. Not AGILE at all. Very disappointed. I would love if the wheel could be of better design to fix it but it's all casting n very deceiving. Ask the place that I bought the pram n said that it needs to send to manufacturer n might as well… Read more
purchase a new pram of a different model instead of waiting for 4 months without a pram n the cost to send would be rediculous as well.
It has been a great pram but!! – Hi I love how compact the agile is and also the forest colour it attracted me to buy have had no problems with the capsule just a few with the pram first the back pocket zip does not zip back on? My wheels get stuck all the time is so annoying don't know where I can get them from?? And a big chunk of skin in between my thumb and pointing finger got stuck while folding the pram was bruised and cut took awhile to reopen while stuck also. =(
Why didn't I read the reviews first?! – I have literally used this pram 3 times for very little time each time my son is only 12 days old and Im so frustrated with my purchase. If you are not on a completely level surface the pram will pull to the left or right depending which way the path slopes even if the slope is minuscule! Pls tell me this is just a fault of my pram and not the… Read more
actual product?! Now that I see all the other reviews im regretting the purchase already, I've already noticed the break is stiff and sticks a little bit, and I'm dreading the lean that every single person has commented on.. Devastated. Do your research people.
Awesome and convenient but front wheels become stuck! – I find this pram awesome in every way except after 9 and a half months, the front wheels have started to get stuck sideways when I try to push :( I have tried a suitable lubricant spray and it has not fixed the problem. Makes it extremely difficult to steer and push no matter the surface :( cannot fault anything else
Love it – I love this pram I've had it for over a year now and have had no problems with it, its easy to manuvere and is very smooth to push, its light and easy to fold. The one problem i have had with it is sometimes its very hard to lay down because the draw strings gets stuck and it doesn't sit full upright so my son uses the bar I purchased as an extra to sit him self up more
