Truly Disgraceful, Dangerous And Utterly Awful. Run Away! – Impossible to fold, hard to manoeuvre, tips over around corners. If you're considering this pram, even if someone's giving it away free, don't. Spend $2 and take a shopping trolley from Coles - it will be safer, easier to steer and it may even be easier to fold in half.

Horrible pram – We bought this thinking it had everything we wanted easy to use..well big mistake.. My lil man just turned 1 and since early this year we have lots of trouble trying to collapse it it just won't half the time stupid red lever on the side just won't let the pram collapse.. Not enough storage wheels are horrible can't steer the pram straight and… Read more

this has been like this for a while.. I have spoken to stores about it and no one really interested so we are about to get rid of it and buy a whole new pram that does have storage, that is Easy to collapse so I'm not standing for an hour trying to collapse the darn thing and that does wheel straight. The reversible handle that's it

Would NOT recommend – I purchased this pram as it was a lighter weight than others and for the reversible handle. It's features are great-- in theory! It is a constant struggle to fold, and once folded it is very bulky and awkward to place in the boot. I have constant blood blisters from my fingers getting pinched while trying to reverse the handle. The harness strap… Read more

that goes between bubs legs is VERY short- it is almost too tight on my tiny 6 month old. And no where for a nappy bag. Inexpensive Bad, just bad... Not one function that is worth praising

Pram Tips Over! – This pram is terrible! I bought it well before bub was born then only used it a couple of times, it tips over when turning corners! The wheels are unstable, you can't lift the wheels to go up a stair, it takes up the whole boot and is heavy, you can't access the under basket when the back is laying down - not that you can fit a nappy bag in it… Read more

anyway. I called the store who said that because it's after the 7 day period I can not get a refund, the best they can do is send it away for repair. Though by the look of the other reviews it's just the model of pram. I believe this product should be recalled as it is not safe. I phoned Britex who advised me that it can be fixed under the 12 month manufacturer warranty, to send it away will be a huge hassle and I don't want anything to do with this pram again. I can't afford another pram, all I want is a refund so that I can shop around for a different one The magnetic peek hole, nice material, reversible Tips over, heavy, unstable, hard to access basket, basket too small, huge when folded, can't go up a stair

HORRIBLE- not even worth one star – When I brought this pram i put my premmie baby that we just brought home after 3 months in hospital in it only to have it collapse with my baby in it as it was broken on both sides. After speaking to numerous amounts of people noone wanted to take responsibility for why had happened. Finally after going back to where I purchased it from one of the… Read more

lady's kindly replaced it as she couldn't believe what happened.

So now were on to pram number two- walking down the street and turn a corner and the pram almost tips over with bubs in it- NOT HAPPY !! It looks so flimsy as if it could fall apart any minute. Not only that the wheels completely buckle and come off the ground when I'm walking in a straight line and I am only 50kgs and can barley control it

This pram is unsafe and a complete waste of money. I don't use it anymore as I'm scared its going to harm my baby again.

undortunately i can't afford to buy another pram and would like someone from britax to refund my purchase- after two attempts at this pram both seriously puttin my baby at risk I think it's only fair. I have my receipt and pictures of the wheels Nothing Everything. Bulky, heavy, flimsy, wheels arnt sturdy but most of all DANGEROUS

Very hard to maneuver it – I wish I tried the pram before I bought it. I went for the cover features as I thought it will be good for the early cold mornings of netball. The pram covers well the cold, wind and sun but trying to maneuver it its IMPOSSIBLE. The front wheels are just crazy!!! You look very awkward trying to manage the pram. Forget about trying to manage it… Read more

I hope steelcraft returns my money back or offers me a new pram in another model of course !

Eclipse reverse hand stroller – This pram does not steer well, it is so big folded, it is clunky. It is hard to manouver because the wheels wont let you pull it backwards. When on the full recline, you cannot access the carry-basket. When the handle is reversed for an infant, you cant 'tip' it to get up a stair or over a bump, Connected with Unity travel capsule

its a lemon – This was the first pram I have purchased. I purchased it because nice saleslady was convincing. I did like the look of it and the feature of the reverse handle was what sold me. BIG MISTAKE! from the moment we first put the baby in it I knew I had purchased a lemon. Its very difficult to fold. one shopping trip & 15 attempts later to fold it I … Read more

almost left it at the shopping centre. Its very cumbersome to lift into the car ( especally when you have just had a caesarian) and to put any items in the shopping basket the baby has to be upright. aesthetically its pleasing, The hood provides good protection. reverse handle extremely difficult to fold. heavy and cumbersome to lift into the car. shoppng basket cant be accessed unless pram in upright position. wheels not sturdy and often skid sideways

Terrible – Pram is aesthetically lovely and gets lots of admiring stares, however this is where the practicality of this pram ends. The comfort of your baby is totally compromised. The baby is left being supported only by the harness due to the tiny seat area. The pram may be good for tiny babies (with small bottoms) up to about 8 months old. My… Read more

opinion - shop around - look for large comfortable seating areas - there are countless prams out there. I also recommend 4 wheel prams for stability. easy to steer, hood comes down fully to shade baby, easy to steer, looks fabulous the area where baby sits ("bum" area) is very shallow. Baby seems to be only supported by the harness, creating a 'hanging' effect. Has no adjustments for footrest.
