extremely disappointed – I bought this pan 3 days ago to replace my sunbeam banquet teflon coated pan, which I've had for over a year. My thinking was that the stainless steel will be more durable in the long run, which it probably would be. The problem is that everything sticks to this pan, regardless of whether I add butter, oil or a combination of these. I am terribly disappointed after spending $134 on it from The Good Guys. I will be asking if I can return it and exchange for another model.

The Good Guys were super friendly and accomodating and refunded me my money. I ended up buying the brekkie banquet combo, which I love...once again!

Purchased in at The Good Guys for $134.95.

Hi ALG, Thank you for contacting Sunbeam. This fry pan is stainless steel . Stainless steel is not a non stick coating and you will get food that sticks to the pan. It is not a fault of the product. Kind Regards, Sunbeam

Best electric frypan – I have an 18 yr old Sunbeam Stainless Steel Electric Frypan and a matching skillet. Still in perfect working condition. It has been used most nights to cook for 3 children & 2 adults and then a second family. Over the years we have replaced the cord twice and purchased a new leg when the pan was dropped once to many times. it still works beautifully and is a dream to clean. i have always used non-stick spray and never use scourers to clean it. i use a soft cloth and Gumption when necessary as well as soaking if required. Recently I have been using a non-stick pan. I am the only person to use this pan and have taken the best possible care with it, The coating is coming off already in less than 3 months. Spending the extra for stainless steel is a very good investment. Quality

The best frypan I have ever owned in 24 years – I have had this frypan for about 2-3 years now. It is the first stainless steel electric pan we have had & I will never go back again. We use it at least 4 times a week & my teenagers give the pan a work out, they like their food charcoled. Once we have finished cooking, we fill the pan with hot water, leave it soak, everything just comes right off, leaving it sparkling clean again with no scratched non stick coating to worry about.

The heat is evenly distributed through out the pan, making for easy cooking. The knob off the top of the lid came off, I just got a knob off an old saucepan lid & have been using that, as well as the top off the control sometimes comes off, but we just don't swing the control cord around. Sturdy, good size, even heating, cleans up like new every time. Lid handle broke, control knob tops came loose

Elegant and Smart – Bought the Sunbeam Ellise Stainless Square for a gift and had the opportunity to use it for a week while holidaying with them. It was fantastic and so easy to clean, and knowing that it is made of quality stainless steel, it makes one feel confident about the healthy side when cooking/frying in it. Great for the family and very versatile. On my return home I bought one for us. Inexpensive, quick to cook with and easy to clean.
