Sunbeam Ellise Super Stainless / Clean

OK – Not up to Sunbeams usual standard and doesn't deliver what you expect a large frypan to do. It is good for serving meal at table and for keeping things warm after cooking. Good for cooking bacon strips, roast potatoes, stews etc. in large quantities. Lid sits too low to fit large roast ie: leg of lamb, duck, turkey or even large chicken. Numbers on control probe rubbed off after the first 6 uses. Glass lid doesn't fit snuggly and doesn't have alternative lid for doing large roasts.

Good – I have only used this a few times, but it has worked well everytime. I have used it to stir fry, slow cook and casserole so far. I like that it can be washed on the dishwasher This was received as a gift, so I do not use it very often. But when I have used it, I found it to be really good. It is very versatile as it can be used for several different cooking methods (eg. stir fry, baking, roast, braise, steam, slow cook, casserole etc). I like that you can use it to serve the meal - a meal looks great served in it and it saves on dirtying a serving dish. It is quite large and bulky to wash by hand, but it can be washed in the dishawasher, which I found handy.
