it is much better, now I know the shortcomings of the sunbeam Juice Stream JE-5200 when i compare it with Breville.

JE5200 – I bought the JE5200 as a spare one. I am now using a Breville Juicer much bigger size. I find JE5200 is OK, half the size and capacity of my Breville. JE5200 functions very well but it is a little bit noisy. I am happy with it. Simon New Zealand  Show details

Terrible product! – This juicer broke after only one day, and I was very disappointed. Now, I know that it is not very expensive compared to what is out there, but for me it was not was not worth the money at all. I think that the motor might have been powerful, but I never really got to use it...

Sunbeam never again! – I too like many others purchased from target (on special) this product. It has now become another product that is left in a corner not being used. The main problem is that you have to dismantle the thing in order to clean it after use. I don't know why it has a so called pulp dispenser at the back as it seems to collect everywhere else. believe any company would release such a poor product. I made a warranty claim Sunbeam and Appliances Online and I am getting a different juicer instead. Sunbeam and Appliances online honored the warranty no problems. There is nothing good about the actual juicer though. Noisy. Jams. Breaks itself. Jumps about like a frog in a sock. pull apples out re cut them Oh yes the chute is large to take whole apples but the machine jams.

Jumps on the bench will get a better one when i can afford too as I juice daily both fruit and veggies. It won't be a Sunbeam I at least have a juicer... don't have an issue with rinsing straight away the stainless bit you need to use a brush. Otherwise it is fine Noisy, jams, pulp is full of moisture which I'd rather in the glass, it screams jumps about kind of scary

Broken twice in 12 months and Warranty useless – After having an earlier model Sunbeam juicer I was happy to have a Sunbeam again. Messy, comes apart whilst juicing – Very disappointed, noisy,jumping all over the place when using, even after fruit is cut up.The pulp basket comes off at times.Can not add fruit whilst motor is running as it flies out ! The pulp is also very wet, so causing a loss of juice. Only had it for a forthnight but very unhappy with it. Does not do the tasks it claims. Not at all happy with this product – We read the instructions and cleaned the unit after unpacking it. We juiced half a dozen carrots and the cleaned up the bits it spat out over the bench and floor. in to juice and the bottom of the plastic tube close to the blade broke when a piece of carrot was movoing around on the juice blade. Now have to replace complete top that tube is attached to if I can find one or purchase another model. Easy to clean Broke easily, jumped around and makes a terrible noise.

Great...no complaints – Had this juicer for 2 weeks now & have juiced all fruits & vegetables with no problems. It has been quiet & quick in producing juice. On no occasion has it come apart while juicing. Sometimes I use twice a day & takes me 2 minutes to clean. I was a little reluctant to purchase a juicer due to the cleaning but this is very easy!! you had to peel or slice up fruit before you could successfully juice. The first time we tried apple juice we thought it was going to blow up. It shuddered, bounced across the bench & then the pulp collector fell off spilling pulp all over the bench. Guess which juice is my daughters favourite & now she wont use because she's too scared. Terrible - returning ASAP – I've owned a little Kenwood juicer for more than 10 years and never had any trouble with it, even with regular use. I thought I must have been doing something wrong but after assembling and disassembling multiple times and trying various soft and hard fruit and vegetables through it, I started to think the product was faulty. It kept making a terribly loud grinding noise and jumping all over the bench.

I then came to this site to discover all the terrible reviews with the same symptoms. I rang Sunbeam's Customer Service line to report it, they didn't seem to care too much and I will be returning it for a refund tomorrow.

I'll stick with the juicer I have! Looks good, juice tastes great, cheap compared to other brands Noisy, jumpy, sounded dangerous, bulky

Although the feeder tube didn't break this time, I was surprised it didn't. The machine jumps all over the place. I took it back and got my money back this time. I have never been so disappointed in a product. It looked nice Juicer jumps and jerks all over when turned on, especially when putting fruit and veggies in.

mess to clean up. It has on one occasion spat pulp out of the front of the unit. I only use this twice a week and have found it more of a hassle to use than it is worth. I wish my old Black & Decker unit didnt die on me. This is the second Sunbeam appliance I have bought in recent years, both of which I have been totally dissappointed with. the thing after use, the juice tasted great and the pulper worked fine, but a terrible grinding and loud thumping noise whilst putting in carrot and apple. Quite scary!! Then it spat off the pulp collector and i had carrot, apple and celery all up my walls, all over the floor and anywhere you can imagine tiny particles going!

I thought maybe i had used it wrong and thought id juice the night before to save myself time in the mornings. I tried it again last night, only this time with the loud grinding and thumping noises and spitting the pulp collector off i had a strange burning smell from the motor. I switched it off cleaned it up and its going back to Target today.

I happily made up my juice this morning in my blender. Very lumpy and plulpy, but alot easier to clean and quicker!! Not sure I'll be trying a juicer again for a while....especially Sunbeam. Had a few issues now with their appliances.........but thats another story. The juice tasted good and pulped correctly. Very inexpensice way to start juicing. emptying is filled with very wet fiber which tells me its not extracting as much juice as it should before spitting out the fruit or vegetable.

The juicer motor or something died cause the beast won't make any noise anymore. And that's is as a result of following the instructions to make sure you use the right speed for the appropriate vegetable or fruit.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED in this product and would not recommend. Sadly I am almost contemplating NOT going through a returns process with Sunbeam just because I don't want this sad, struggling, poor unit back.

I juice vegetables daily including beetroot, celery, carrot and cabbage; I've even included ginger root and garlic.

Some herbs will successfully juice but not all.

Overall this is an inexpensive easy to use at home juicer for all year round. Inexpensive, fast, easy to clean Not great for juicing herbs
