unsatisfactory,,,user unfriendly,,,disappointing – I have been using this machine for quite sometime now...but still struggle to take the filter basket off...very difficult & messy ....the pulp collector keeps moving out ,,,the pulp chokes the inside of the lid...I mainly juice carrots & few other veges..,,,,messy & not easy to clean........very user unfriendly design.... disappointing buy....not satisfied at all...

For God's sake, don't buy it – Worst appliance I have ever owned. It makes more mess than juice - its okay if you want to juice an apple or carrot that requires cutting to size... to fit the ridiculous narrow half moon opening. Juice too much and the inside of the lid will accumulate pulp and hold juice. So you start wondering why there's little to no juice... good luck… Read more

Gave it its 3rd use in almost two years of sitting idle... threw it out with what was left of my poorly juiced veggie.

Love it! – It is easy and for its price it is well worth it! Its my morning friend super easy to clean doesnt even take me ten min! I dont know why people say its so difficult to clean. I looked at other juicers and are more complicated and way more expensive. It juices perfectly, i couldnt be happier!! The efdectiveness and easy cleaning. A little noisy but i dont mind waking neighboors up :-)

Very handy for the "summer abundance" of veges/fruits – Whirls with the sound of a jet takeoff, but I got this for juicing veges that a blender would not handle (celery, carrots) to juice with tomatoes and oranges, and it works well. Fibrous pulp is separated, the juice can have sensational flavour combos. There is a nack (thanks to another reviewer for the info) to taking the filter/blade thing off to clean, but it works! Yummy juices with all the veges flooding from the garden!

Rated "0" – If i could rate a zero i would. Was given this as a present, no receipt, so i have no idea where it came from. Big w i think. Opened the box, assembled..... Does not work. All after i spent $40 on fruit and veg.

Unreliable – Wish I had read on here too. Juices fine, isn't that hard to clean - but is as good as useless when you juice a total of 2.5l of juice and then it stops working. Based on previous people having the same problem obviously this machine has a serious design fault.

Disappointed – Purchased this machine from Big W. Used it once, put it away in the box next use it would not work at all

Get what you pay for – We purchased this juicer yesterday from Big W and gave it a big work out (5 people in our family). It juiced very well. Yes, there was a lot of pulp but that is to be expected and it can be used in other recipes such as frozen ice blocks. agree that removing the grating component is difficult. I didn't think the cleaning was all that stressful as the pulp just wipes out and then it is just a matter of rinsing the components in some running water. Overall we are satisfied with the juicer.

is designed for home use and my family love it - I would recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for a product that does exactly what its says and delivers on it. Its easy to use, compact, easy cleaning

Extremely disappointed – We are tremendous advocates of Sunbeam but this has soured that relationship. This machine has stopped working after 2 small glasses of juice it struggled to extract were complete. I could stomach the instant stains, clunky design and horrendous cleanup if the machine actually worked. The motor revs a few times and conks.

frustrating – The pulp dispenser clogs up quite easily i have to remove the lid to clear it even though the pulp dispenser is not full, and is extremely difficult to dismantle, have to jiggle and turn for at least 30 seconds to get the grater out for cleaning, stains easily. Received as a present, would not have purchased otherwise.

Not overly happy with this juicer, wish I'd checked here before buying – I think the chute is too small and the collector and basket are extremely difficult to get off. off the motor. The pulp container should have some kind of fixture so when you take the unit from a cupboard it doesn't slide about and fall on the floor.Also cleaning after is mega.

OK – I was looking for a cheap, simple juicer so this was the only one I could find at the right price - $60.00. I am annoyed with myself for not checking that the parts were dishwasher safe. The juicing process was fast but I found removing the pulp very messy and time consuming although I am sure my compost heap will benefit. The plastic parts are flimsy so will have to be extra careful not to drop them on my tiled kitchen floor. The unit is also very bulky so expect to have to keep a large space in your cupboard. I guess you get what you pay for. juices well
