The term dishwasher is misleading. It couldn’t even be called a dishrinser. This was included as a new home build and after trying to persist for the past 6 months with different detergents and stacking differently it still doesn’t wash the dishes. The water rating is also misleading considering you have to hand wash all of the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher so that should be counted. The top cutlery racks sole purpose is to take up valuable space in the top of the dishwasher as nothing placed in that dish drawer got anywhere near clean. Seriously considering donating to a local marina to be used as a boat anchor. Have persisted for 6 months and we’re now going to spend the money on a different, more reliable brand.

Rubbish- I would not give this brand a chance in my life – Same thing happen to me just like other review. I have no choice cause this washing machine come with my new house. IT CANT DRY DISH PROPERLY! I rang their company and they suggest me this model is design to use with 'raise aid' product. But that is not the case, I still need to open the door once finished; pull out the tray and let it air dry so it can be dry completely. As well, i found that the tablet will just FALL OUT once the washing cycle start. It literary just DROP to the bottom of water load??! I dun understand.

Rubbish – Does not dry the dishes even when the rinse aid is turned up. The powder dispensor does not work as when I open the door the tablet just drops out and is intact.ive have tried everything. This dishwasher is only 4 washers old as it was installed in my new house

Works well! – This came with our new Metricon house - I was very worried after seeing some terrible reviews on this website of previous models, however this dishwasher has been fantastic. I generally pre-rinse dishes, however I have put in very soiled slow cooker pots and baking dishes and it does a pretty good job (the occasional spots it has missed needed to be scraped off with a knife!). Just make sure you always wash on the longest program possible 'intensive' to let the cleaner do the job - it uses [censored word removed] all water anyway (17.7L Intensive Vs 12L Normal) . The 3 hour cycle isn't a problem for me as I usually put on before going to bed and unpack in the morning.

Not sure if it matters, but I always use the Finish power ball tablets and Finish rinse aid. The instructions on the box recommend long cycles - I suspect this is where some of these other users are going wrong!

My experience with this dishwasher has been positive so I thought it best to take the time to balance some of these whiney reviews. It's a dishwasher and it washes dishes well. It does your dishes and you don't.
