Bad reception, poor volume and constantly cut out – We purchased this in Jan 2012 and took back to the store for an exchange for another brand a week later. The phone had bad reception, it would cut out when Im only 3 rooms away in the house. When people did call, the phone would cut upon answering and then ring again leaving people on the other end constantly asking what happened. I could barely hear people when they called me even with volume control on the loudest. We took the phone back a week later as it was costing me a fortune having to resort to mobile for most calls.

I don't recommend this phone due to our experience. However, it could be a case of we got a dodgy handset pack. The Good Guys were happy to exchange the product for a different brand no questions asked. New phone works wonders so definitely not our phone line.
