Excellent – This is a quality cordless phone that has a very good clear reception and signal. I love to talk on the phone and doing other things at the same time or go mout in the garden. This is very useful specially when I'm tending the garden and I had to take a call from someone. We had this phone for a number of years now and quite happy with it. I suppose due to constant use and the usual wear and tear of this phone the battery suffers, but that is normal. I'm sure Telstra will provide details on how to get new sets of batteries anyway. durable quality, good clear reception Battery is weak in time

Good – We've had this phone for many years now and it has served us well. Its battery doesn't last as long as when we first bought it but that is to be expected. It has great reception range, unless you live on a farm, and even when I'm outside, the voice quality is superb. Haven't had a reason to replace it unless we needed one with a recording machine or more functions. This is a great little basic cordless phone that will last a long time. Sleek design. Good reception range. Clear voice quality. Battery is slowing dying. LCD is small. Limited functionality.

Excellent – Fantastic phone, easy to use slimline design, heavy duty, great reception range. Far outways any other cordless phones on quality! Extremely heavy duty - Our 1 year old drops it nearly every day and it still works like new! It has had numerous water/liquid spills on it which have never effected it. The reception range is great, i can be outside and still have a prefectly clear line. After 5 years of heavy use the battery is not lasting as long as it used to but other than that none

Good – I'm happy with it as a basic cordless telephone. Heavy duty and could not fault easily. It is highly recommended specially when you have a kids and anyone who may through it down without break it down. Nice looking phone. Has an acceptable reception range, I think not more than 100 meter before losing clarity. It has long battery life and because it working with 2x AAA batteries you will not find any problem to replace them when you need. Poor features: only 10 Number Call List and also it is hard to remember how to save them without using the manual. LCD a little bit smaller than it should be.

Good – Can not fault it. Great phone! Never had a problem with it. This older model Telstra phone actually inspired me to purchase our current Telstra home phone (not the F2100) but the new one falls way short! Highly recommend! Nice looking phone / smooth and sleek design. Easy to use. We borrowed this phone while my sister was living with us and had absolutely no problems at all. It has long battery life and the call clarity could not be faulted. Has a great reception range, being able to use the phone indoors and out without losing clarity. Could not wall mount it but other than that, nil.
