Great Calculator – This calculator is fantastic once you get the hang of how to use it well. There are so many available options and features that are all useful. If you have any trouble I would recommend typing your question into google or youtube and you will almost always get a valid answer. It is also very handy that it warns you before the battery is about to run out.

Excellent – Saved me in my VCE exams, loaded this baby with a heap of programs which got me an A+ in my Maths exam last year, thanks a lot Ti-84 you really saved me!! Easy to use, has the connectivity cable and batteries included, approved by VCE. Nothing To be honest.

Good – I love my TI-84! I really should upgrade, but we've been together for ages and I can't bear to part with it. It is a fantastic calculator, it does pretty much everything you could want, and there are plenty of packages and programs you can load onto it if you want more statistical software or better graphing or something. However, there isn't… Read more

really room for everything so you do have to make some sacrifices. Easy to use, programming options so if there's something it doesn't do then you can teach it how to, comes with all the cables and it is easy to set the software up on your computer, there are programs you can load onto it. There are better calculators out there (but they cost more). If you are looking to study higher level math at University you might want a better calculator, just so it does a bit more stuff. But they are pretty good, especially for the money.

Excellent – The Texas Instruments TI-84 was the recommended purchase from our school, and no wonder because this little beauty allows you to transfer applications between your PC and calculator, and calculator to calculator. You can download applications from the internet that will allow you to expand the functionality of this already wonderful device into… Read more

what you would really like.

The calculator requires 4 AA batteries which comes with the device. High Quality

Comes with all the cables you will need, and some you might need

A lot of functions There was only one colour available, a bright blue which is more girly but the blue shown in the screenshot looks great

Excellent – A great multifunctional graphics calculator for students and professionals alike. The TI-84 allows you to make and use handy programs which can solve all your equations by inputting your numbers and simply pressing enter. Even if you're not into programming, your basic needs for a graphics calculator is cared for! It includes a lot of RAM and… Read more

it can remember a lot of your [revious inputs, just incase you forgot what the answer of your last equation was. Lots of functions, great program making function.

Great graphing functions and lots of great compatible applications. Chunky, Screen's not too big.

Requires lots of batteries.

OK – I'm definitely satisfied with this calculator, got it for $140 at Officeworks 2 years ago and it stills in good condition now Many functions that you can utilise for your maths study. There are some programs that you can download from their website and install onto the calculator with a cable included in the pack. Those programs are extremely… Read more

helpful in tests and exams You have to use 6 batteries(if I remember correctly) at a time. It does consume a lot of energy in the batteries if you adjust the settings of the graphs to better quality ie: darker and more visible. It doesn't have smart programs to solve quadratic equations like Casio products
