Worst Experience Ever – If you want to be locked in cisac afterhours with all the lights off and have the cleaner let you out, have your cancellation fee doubled and have every single email and phone call ignored then this is the gym for you! Horrible staff service as well!

take the money on the due date which was a Thursday. Then on Saturday they took $41.37 AGAIN. I called my bank and we went through every payment date my membership was due and the bank informed me that there was indeed enough money in my account on those days to cover the payments. I called them and they told me to send my bank statements through. I cancelled my card and told them I was cancelling my membership and to please give me back the money they stole and I would pay the remaining amount for the 28 days cancelation as per contract. In the mean time they refused my son entry into the gym. Today I received an email from them saying they credited the over charged amount to the account. On their portal However not only did they steal my money and stop my son attending the gym they over charged me another late fee whilst I was waiting for them to fix up their mistake. Be Very careful, they just over change you because they can. Scammers

they didn’t care, as the screenshot I took as evidence was taken next day. After this I decided to cancel the membership (22/12), now, (4/1) they have just charged me more membership fees - apparently this is buried in their contract in the fine print. They sting you, sometimes for no reason, and when you have evidence of it being unjust, it is just brushed away. Stay away, the gym itself is good, but not $40 a fortnight + extra ‘transaction’ fees good.

Maths not their strong point – Club Lime Offers a month to month membership which is $37.80 a fortnight or a lock in 3 month membership which is approximately $55 a fortnight. But no one at my local club or via phone or via email or anywhere can explain why you would lock yourself into a longer period for no reason other than to pay an additional 50%. I’ve attached photos to explain. $339 divided by 13ish weeks is about $26 $18.90 times 13ish weeks is $225

Not worth it – Absolutely not worth it. They put the rate up 3 times this year already. And you can’t access other clublime gym paying this much money for only 1 location. A lot of people they complain about it they tell you to upgrade your pass. Mean you paying $27 per week just for access other club lime. Not worth it

Best gym in Gungahlin – Love the facilities, machines are perfect in condition & staff is lovely. Club lime platinum Gungahlin will sort all you need. Only downfall is as its gets very busy during the peak times.

RIP OFFS!! BEWARE BEFORE JOINING THIS GYM!! – I canceled my membership on the 27th of September... and today a direct debit came out (13/10). When I called the gym they told me that after you cancel, two direct debits will come out - a total of $93.50!! When I told them that that is crap, she said it's in the contract. Currently on the phone with my bank to block them. Make sure you read the fine print before signing up or get torn a new one when you leave!! Thumbs down!!!!!!

written notice is required already so I am not sure what it will happened when I cancel my membership in the future, finger crossed.

But overall the club I go, it’s very tidy and neat, equipments have been maintained very well. I actually enjoy going to the gym so much. Tried the startup pt package, it was great, pt was nice and friends, given me lots of useful tips in my requirement.

2/3 week free promotion is a SCAM – I signed up for 3 weeks free but as soon as I finished signing up, they charged me $64 and upon calling, I was told it is for pro-rata as the 3rd, 4th and 5th weeks are free and we still have to pay for 1st and 2nd week. Apparently it is also mentioned in 'terms and conditions'. I visited the staff at CISAC Belconnen and met with the most rude and unprofessional gym manager - [Name Removed]. She kept on insisting that we must and must ready terms and conditions because it has all the information. I asked where is $50 mentioned. surprise ... surprise.... not mentioned anywhere. just says admin fee. now she has no answer and said speak to the person that cancelled the membership.. ended up with a loud heated argument. but [Name Removed] is amazingly rude thick skin full of unprofessionalism. I feel sorry for the staff that work under/alongside her to deal with all this. It is a shame that we Canberrans are robbed off other gym facilities as CISAC is bullying and taking over every single small gym around the area. that really leaves us with limited choices. Really sad that big companies swallow small businesses and enjoy the monopoly.

their portal with payment of 4 weeks. Long story short, After a year they send me around $1150 bill in Nov 22. They have threat me to take me into collection agency if I do not pay this ransom money. Talking to some consumer Lawyers & lodge a complaint with ACT Fair trading. I am urging any one with same problem make a complaint against this company. They are doing unfair business. If they find you naive they will attempt to robbing your money.

pools are dirty, staff are rude – the pools are always dirtier than other centres. They change the temperature daily, water is quite dirty see what looks like sperm and poo at times. stay away from club lime swimming pools they get the whole pool out if poo in water, prices too high

Card fees for using Club Lime are now appearing on my monthly statement – For the first time ever, Club Lime has now begun to charge 2.5% credit card fees on my regular payments to them each fortnight. They never informed me of this prior. Very sneaky and unbecoming. My opinion of them for doing this is now rock bottom.

my details have been stolen and money stolen out of my bank account. Dogs – I had money in my account for a debt and other fees and I find that majority of that money has been stolen with no authorisation. I’m haven’t even applied or walked into the fraudulent joint.

Dodgy, attempting to charge after cancellation and final month had already been paid for – Received a confirmation for gym cancellation and final month payment was processed as expected and understood. However, additional charges still coming out of credit card. After experiencing this issue, I found all of the other customers impacted by Club Lime. A family member happy with the gym and was not planning to cancel, has now cancelled and has now found another location. Disappointing situation.

They are scam! – I joined the old gym fit n fast then they shut down, reopen as clublime then have no notice about took over all the old gym’s member. Keep charging even under lock down period. Impossible to cancel! We should all go to fair trading and make complaints!!!!

control, do not expect any compassion from CLUB LIME MANAGEMENT. COVID taught us all, that we dont know whats around the corner and even though you have policies in place which states NO REFUNDS, sometimes you need to look at a case on its merits. I lost my business during COVID, i have medical issues that affect my ability to work, if i exercise and build some muscle strength, it could permit me to work to survive. I am exempt from the current vaccines due to my medical condition, which is rare. I explained all of this to CLUB LIME SOUTH MORANG and yet they didn't give a damn, they refused my refund of a full year paid in advance plus 3 PT sessions. i used 2 weeks of this membership before we went into lock down in VIC. This is simply a very poor decision on behalf of a management team and it will damage their reputation. I have reported this to the ACCC and intend to take it as far as I can, as it is based on principal. I do not recommend CLUB LIME to anyone.

time however they must have been hiding, as I could not find one and the air conditioner contractor that was working there said there was no staff on the premises. By Ryan continued to tell me I was wrong and there was staff on site or I was lying. Club Lime is refusing to pay a refund and cancel membership without a 28 day notice!!!! Members don't count – Poor to none existent communication. Hopeless booking system, told I got into a class 33 minutes before the class commenced. Club does not provide instructors names or numbers of members attending their class. It is an money making system where the consumer does not matter.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! FIND ANOTHER GYM – OMG don't sign up ... their accounts department need to get their act together and stop over charging. As fir the gym equipment its old outdated and needs desperate upgrading. There was bitchiness on the floor between members and management oh well needs to know boundaries.
