of Trumpet Cufflinks can be confused with 1. Rowing (pair), 2. Scorpion (single), 3. Trombone (pair), & 4. Trumpet (single), one single Trumpet cufflink they believe is acceptable as a complete order, even though they are supposed to come in pairs. Several emails (where they acknowledged they stuffed up and would do better) between us & them, and 2 phone calls later (which each time I left a message and no return call from them - bad business), we are now being ignored by this company. We even offered to return the incorrect cufflinks to which we were told each time "no need to, keep them" (as stated in the emails). Then, the last time they sent the single trumpet cufflink (a long sleeve shirt has 2 arms so needs 2 cufflinks), they send an email asking for a review! Talk about making me laugh! Fat chance of that being a good review as they have not fulfilled my order properly. You can't give a person a gift of 1 cufflink when its supposed to be a pair! Yes, should have avoided them after the first experience, but was prepared to trust them a 2nd time. Unfortunately, we will never recommend this company, ever! Which is a shame because they are a local 'aussie' business, in south east Queensland, we were more than happy to shop with them. But not any more!

delivered 1 cufflink, not a pair. Do they even know the difference between singular and plural? The term 'Cufflinks' suggest more than one. Nothing in description that price was for singular cufflink. Cufflinks in heading and body of description (and picture of pair used) Rubbish. Will never use again.

Non-responsive customer service – These cuff links are good quality I would have been happy with my purchase if it were correct. However I received the wrong colour and submitted an exchange request 6 days ago and have not heard back from the company. I would have been happy to exchange for the correct colour, but now my event is too close to exchange in time for and I will have to buy new cuff links - this time from somewhere else.

Smooth & Seamless – Was after cufflinks for a gift for a co-worker who was going away to become a lawyer and found not only something that is as cheesy as a grilled cheese sandwich but I was able to get them next day for peanuts (whatever carrier they use is quite well priced for next day)

Lots of options. Good quality – Have used these guys a few times. Good reliable products and delivery. Way cheaper than buying from the stores. I got four pairs for less than the price it would have cost me to get 2 pairs at the shops.

Great work, Cuff Shop – I have purchased from them in the past and found the Cuff Shop to have a great range of conversation starters, value, and speed of delivery. I recommend them a friend that wanted something special for her boyfriend fast and they delivered.

Very disappointed – I paid for express next day delivery on a Thursday on the website that said order in the next 45 minutes for next dispatch... I am now at 12.30 on the following Wednesday and still haven't recieved my parcel.. I have sent multiple emails with Nil reaponce to refund for express delivery paid for.

Never ordering again – Placed order on boxing day and paid for express next day. Only received order confirmation, no other communication since then. Emailed them, left 2 voicemail and even left a fb message and still no response. Had to request my money back through PayPal. First time I ordered through them and that will be my last! Very disappointed.

Replaced a cufflink – I ordered 5 cufflinks and they simply replaced one of the designs because they were out of stock. The replacement sucked and when I tried to communicate with them they didn't engage.

It's a kraken! – Nautical obsessed but no cufflinks! These are by far the best cufflinks I've found, unique and detailed, i can see a collection on the horizon.

Just what I needed – Really great to have such a wide range and quick shipping. Allowed me to get different cufflinks suited to each of my mates different personalities. Really happy with the options.

Never got product and no contact – I ordered some cufflinks for my pageboy on Jan 11 thinking with 5-10 day delivery time frame I’d have my product for my January 30 wedding. more myself from the shops. I opted for the function to get text updates for my delivery and then that means I have no tracking number. My biggest upset has been communication. I sent an email one week ago asking for help in sourcing the status of my delivery and got no reply. I started a chat on the website over a day ago and no one has read it or replied. Do not offer communication options if no one actually communicates. Im just assuming I’ve lost my product and now am going to buy more from the shops. I would like a refund of my product I never received.

Discount for 4 – I was pleased with the range, even though my husband is very conservative. It said if I ordered 4 pairs I would get a discount, which would happen at the end, this never happened! Very disappointed. However I know my husband will be very happy with them, so all is not lost.

It was okay. Customer service not reliable – I bought 10 pairs of cufflinks. 4 of them I specifically ordered for my brother and dad for Christmas. Great anniversary gift idea! – The site was simple to navigate with no fuss. It had exactly what I was after and the fact that its Australian made and owned is even better.

Worst Quality I have ever seen – Useless fools, useless company, terrible products, terrible service. DO NOT BUY. Bought 5 pairs and they sent me different sized cufflinks, they were all scratched and faded. Wont pick up the phone nor reply to emails about refund. Useless morons.

Should have read reviews – Unfortunately I didn't see reviews about the lack of replies to refund inquiries, I purchased a pair of Helmet cufflinks and received the wrong colour however have not received any reply whatsoever to multiple emails over a week ago. This is incredibly poor service as I was sent the wrong item and am now out $30 for a pair of cufflinks that do not match my outfit. Do not buy from them.

Unfortunately the service is very bad – Got 8 cufflinks and 1 storage box that was very poor quality and scratched. Emailed, called ( no one answers you just leave a message)messaged and no answer whatsoever.. very bad and disrespectful service.

Terrible Experience – I purchased cufflinks from The Cuff Shop and heard nothing for over a month. After repeated attempts at contacting The Cuff Shop via email (emails returned with error code), I never got one response from them to try to rectify the situation. Contacted my bank (they had taken the money) and finally after almost 2 months got my order. Qld to NSW not that difficult. I never got my money back or the order. I agree stay Away!!!

Too easy - how could I resist? – I purchased my brother's birthday present using the Cuff Shop's online site - so many good choices, site very easy to navigate, processing payment stress free and postage choices suitable considering I had to have the gift in my brother's hands within 3 working days. Will be a repeat customer and make sure my brother ends up with a very classy collection of cufflinks! Thanks :)

Too easy – I've once again been able to sort out my husband's birthday present with cuff links from your site! He's forever losing them so it's great being able to buy some many pairs at such a great price. The variety is also fantastic.

Initial Cuffs look like costume gangster cuffs – I should have taken more notice of the size of the cuff. The "W" initial looks terrible. Still get comments! – I have been a customer for a number of years now. Quality, design, Swarovski crystal ease of purchase and selection and my cufflinks still get compliments!!
