Lowest prices around – I sent them a 24k chain that weighed 21 grams expecting to receive "spot price" as I was quoted on the phone. I received the "gold pack" from them and sent my chain in. Gold company proceeded to call me and advised that my chain was only 22k, that it weighed 17grams and offered me just over $400 for it. i declined their offer. I then sold it at a shop in Melbourne for 24k for 21.4grams for $1130. advise anyone never to deal with them.

Great service but crap offers – Its better if you melt you own gold down and sell it youself.. coz you know your not getting screwed over. Sometimes i dont trust these ppl.. and they give you the wrong valuation and make you look like a fool. Service exceptionally great! They will screw you with your true valuation of your gold or items. When its for advertising they will try and say they pay more...but really they dont, behind doors.

fast service but not as good as they claimed – Service is great. they send your gold pak really quick and send payment as soon as you accept their offer. They claimed they offer 80-90% of the value of the gold but I did my own calculations, it's really only around 50% of the real value. They told me they can't pay 100% of the value of the scrap gold since it costs them to refine and bla bla bla...So I accepted their offer since they told me the offer is exactly 80% of the value of the scrap gold but after I accepted the offer, I did my own calculations based on what I found from various google search and there is no way it's 80%. It's more like 50% or 60% top. There's no way refining cost will cost that much. Refining will probably cost around 5% max. So, next time, I'll just go to the gold refiners in Melbourne and do this face to face and get quotes from different places. I think from now on, I'll ask how much they paid per gram for different karats and how much will they take for refining etc and bring calculator and weighed them based on their karats at home first with digital scales so you know your maximum and minimum expectations.
