Knowledgeable staff – I went into the shop to get some ideas for a birthday cake. I wasn't confident with what I needed but the staff were knowledgeable and helped me to choose the right options. The cake was a huge success and I will definitely be back.

Excellent service, range and speedy delivery – I order everything from The Raspberry Butterfly. They have a wonderful range of quality products and my delivery always arrives quicker than anyone else. When I first discovered them, I ordered something from them and something from another company to 'try them both out'. I had received my delivery from them before the other company had even emailed me a processing notification! Fantastic range and prices – I rang to ask about a product which I had not used before and the lady on the phone was very helpful and obviously knew her products well. I ordered a 1kg tub of Satin Ice fondant which was priced $10 cheaper than at the shops. I also bought 2 small tubs of Fondarific coloured fondant which was easy to use. Expiry dates are well into 2014 so there's plenty of time to use them up although there's really not much left of the Satin Ice fondant after icing a large cake. My order was delivered 2 days after ordering. Would definitely buy from them again for my next party bake up! Great prices. Helpful service. Prompt delivery.

Rasberry Butterfly - Wouldn't look anywhere else – Found this website when the need came to look up a particular kind of cookie cutter for my daughters 5th birthday. They had everything I needed and a reasonable cost. I placed my order on line and immediately received a confirmation of the order.
