Absolutely brilliant everybody were so professional, Stephen the installer did a 5 star job love my new shed Show details · 1Titan extension
Everything about this transaction from my first contact with Titan to completion of the job was professional, friendly and informative. The new extension not only added a shaded area for us but certainly added to the value of our property. Show replyGreat quality carport
Craig Hoolihan at Titan was extremely helpful offering professional advice for our double 6.5m carport. The entire process from measure and quote, council approvals to delivery was seamless.Highly recommended. Show details · 1
Now I can say "Lucky I have a Titan"
The advice, service and attention to detail, given by Wal was excellent. These positives were backed up with prompt responses, quick confirmations by Wal, Ainslie, Michelle and Aldo plus timely installation by Grant and his Team. Show details · 1Titan shed installed
Required a shed to house my vehicle as my Ford Ranger was too long for the garage. Met with Wal from Titan Zillmere and the process was painless. Wal fulfilled his end of the deal and I got the shed I ordered. Show details · 1Bloody terrible
I just had a titan carport put up on an existing titan shed( bought with the house). It was by far the worst experience's I've ever had the misfortune of dealingwith, right from the get go the lazy useless salesman through to the office staff who made the arrangements to finely build the thing and the lying contractors that said they called to make arrangements but didn't. From start to finish almost 6 months, I had to contact the local council to discuss and work out the details for getting it built, they couldn't even do that. Then wanting al... I’m so happy that we chose Titan garages and sheds to design and build my dream shed. Everything was easy and explained right down to the last screw. Even the staff in head office who were contacting me via email were always helpful and easy to deal with. A huge shout out to Wal the salesman who I originally met with, his knowledge, design skills and construction advice was 1st class, even helping with liaising forwards and backwards with the installer in regards to an existing carport roof that might have posed an installation issue.I highly recommend Titan garages and sheds for your project. Outstanding experience, excellent shed
Titan was one of four companies I contacted to build me a small (7.5 x 3) shed. I needed a turnkey solution. Titan were not the most expensive and they were not the cheapest but I chose them because of their sales persons obvious knowledge and attentiveness. Often the initial sales attention drops off after you pay the deposit. Not Titan, they gave no false promises, the kept me informed the whole time, I knew what was going to happen when, in short they did what they said and said what they did. VERY happy, VERY impressed and I got a top quality product. Thank you Titan, I am more than happy to recommend you. Trev Show details · 1Perfect addition to the back yard
I first spoke to Wal Brouwer at Titan Zillmere some time last year to quote on a rather tricky backyard shed, my requirements were challenging, including proximity to property boundaries and sewer connections easements, the process saw the interactions with Town Planners for approval and a very competent team of concreters and shed builders, the end result is now an perfect garage for my vehicle. Stay away from this company!Paid over $110,000 for a shed (not including the concrete slab etc nearly $200,000 all-together)
This included optional insulation and sliding doors. Prior to the Christmas storms we had some rain, not a huge amount which all came flooding in underneath the huge uneven gaps that were left under the sliding doors. Titan sent somebody out to look at it after I complained who agreed it wasn’t right and said he would have some sikaflex put under the uneven gaps to stop the rain coming in. He also suggested I go for comp... Read moreensation as he has seen Titan payout for much less and this might be the one that changes things. He then called back a while later and said as I didn’t use the concreter through Titan they wouldn’t fix anything as they would be ‘liable’. Even though the concreter I used is excellent and contracts to Titan all the time. I then got a call from a ‘manager’ at the office saying they wouldn’t be covering anything as it was my fault as no drainage was installed which was in my ‘terms and conditions’ I then said that’s not what the guy who came out here said then he put the guy on the phone infront of him who then denied what he said (can’t blame him pretty poor management throwing someone on the phone sounds like he was scared to admit what he said incase he got in trouble) The ‘manager’ then also came back on the phone and said I don’t know what your putting in their but it’s a class 10 building not a house. Implying I’m doing something wrong which I’m not and also that it’s ’just a shed’ if it’s just a shed why sell sliding doors, insulation etc then not install properly and have the shed ruined? It maybe ‘just a shed’ to him but it’s cost me nearly $200,000 all up plus the cost of drying out the moisture in the floor and cleaning up. I spoke to the concreter as he had been blamed for the slab not being even-he came out to recheck and it was perfect. He then spoke to the ‘manager’ at Titan who then said he would call me as they would fix up the doors. Still haven’t had a call yet and this was 3 weeks ago. The concreter kindly sikaflexed under the doors and surprise surprise even through the 200 mil of rain we had some days during the Christmas storms the shed still didn’t flood. No final inspection or formal handover took place with Titan and at no point did someone tell me now was the time to connect downpipes and put drainage in which as a shed company who charges a huge price for sheds I believe you have a duty of care to do so. Now my shed still hasn’t flooded since the doors were Sikaflexed his stance is we cover what comes in from above not from above the slab. I only know this from 3rd hand information as he still hasn’t called. All I have had is a ‘demand’ notice to pay my final $5700 owing on the shed. Big company with no care for the customer just for profit. I should have known better. Stay with local honest companies.
Hi Adam H, Thanks for your review.... Read more
After carefully reading through your list of issues and speaking to everyone that has been involved, I must disagree with what you are saying. Your photos clearly show your shed flooded. The only way for this to occur, is for the water level outside the shed to rise higher than the shed slab itself. Whether there was a gap under the glass door or not, if the level of water rises higher than the floor level, water will find its way into the shed through any gap, including under the wall sheet profile. It’s the same thing that happens to houses when the water level rises higher than the house floor level. Basically, the area outside your shed could not handle the amount of rainwater and as a result it rose. Not having your downpipes connected could have exacerbated the water rising as high as it did. As our terms and conditions clearly state, this was your responsibility to connect all downpipes to a storm water discharge. Your slab was not included in your Titan contract, and was your responsibility. After discussions with your concreter, he agreed to put sikaflex under the doors on our behalf. He offered to do it because he was on site at the time. This is not the reason your shed didn’t flood over Christmas, it didn’t flood because the water level outside the shed did not rise higher than the slab level. You haven’t received your final completion certificate yet because your contract is incomplete while money is still outstanding. Once your final payment is received, we will gladly issue the final certificate. If you wish to discuss this further please don't hesitate to contact head office on 38036077. Like to shout out to the Titan Team at Morayfield and Crestmead, particularly Craig Hoolihan, for their awesome service whilst we were organising our shed needs. It was a very smooth experience. We were kept well informed all the way along, and now we have a wonderful new shed! Thanks all, keep doing what you do! Show details · 1Easy from start to finish
Craig from Titan was really easy to deal with giving good advice. The tradies were polite and professional and the finished shed looks great. Show details · 1Friendly staff, good communications, great product
Sales consultant (Roy) was very friendly, clear, and helpful. There was a delay with the materials (through no fault of Titan), but I was okay with that because they let me know in advance. A gentleman in Brisbane office (can't remember his name) was especially helpful in helping me solve a colour problem. Very happy with final product. They even helped me with a council question after the deal was done. Show details · 1Shed extension

I would like a ballpark estimate to replace an existing double garage with a double garage with second floor granny flat. (Auxiliary structure)
Presume the plan would be similar to your Ascent-45C with Skillion roof and Ebony colour scheme.
Is this something you can help with?
Can you give a ballpark estimate?

You were informed by your salesperson before you signed the contract that our current time frame for the build was up to six months after receiving council approval. From approval, we had until the end of January to complete the build. We completed it by mid December. The reason you contacted the certifier/council was you didn’t agree with their assessment. After going through dozens of emails, it was the Titan salespersons correspondence with the certifier that saw the application approved. The payment schedule you refer to is the same payment schedule you agreed to when you signed our contract. Not sure why this became an issue. I understand you work away, but you postponed the original delivery date by about 2 weeks and when your contract was given to our installer you delayed the installation by another week. All contributing factors to extended time frames. Finally, you will notice at any of the 8 Titan displays around Southeast Queensland, that all of our buildings have galvanized screws fastening the barge caps and gutters. This no different from what you received. Please let me share some feedback from our staff. You were often difficult to reach on the phone, but messages were always left. I have been told by several head office staff who spoke with you, that you were extremely abusive toward them, using foul language. This is not only disrespectful but totally unacceptable and something we shouldn’t have to, and don't tolerate. Kind Regards Titan Garages and Sheds
