Excellent – Overall I think its a great service. The site is very clean and easy to wander around. I can write reviews on movies if I want. The service is really good and its an Australian owned company. Beats everyone else hands down IMHO I live in Brisbane and its fast to get the movies through the mail. The choice is really good and there is a fantastic range of PS2 games! I havent had any problems at all and Ive been hiring from there for about 8 months or longer - ages! Cant think of any!

Good – Excellent service. Recommended highly. Good Library with all the titles you'd find in your neighbourhood store. PS2 and Xbox games rental gives it a huge plus plus, all other competitors don't ahve it. Extremely consistent mailing. Transit rental feature is excellent, where they'll mail you your dvds as soon as you mark your dvds as returned. Your out-for-rent list gets updated real quick, so you can get them to send out the dvds on the same day.

Customer support is excellent, all queries answered on the same day. I don't rent xxx shows, but if it bothers you i suppose it can be quite slow to receive it 3 days later...

And I suppose it wouldn't hurt to hire someone to make the website look a little more professional, though i have to add it's one of the easiest i've seen. Oh, the website only works with IE6, so mozilla users will need to kepe that in mind.

Bad – I didn't mind V2Direct, however their website instantly put me off. Not much fun to browse, and clearly a rip off other earlier online rental places. Support was ok. I found that my discs came fast in the trial, but being in WA the turn around seemed to just increase over time. Wasn't worth the wait. Good Range, Games Rental. Small enough to be personal. Poor website, Turn around.
