Dissapointing – We paid a good amount of money for this pram and it's been dreadful. The screws for the basket broke within 5 months. The top of the pram kept on sliding off. The rear weels are very wide and make going into shops a nightmare. It was our first pram for our first baby. I really wish we bought a different pram! Expensive, and its basically fallen apart!

Hi Abby, Monitoring and maintaining your pram for optimal performance is an important part of owning a pram and making sure that it is safe for your children. It is possible that the screws on the basket could have loosened over time. If they are missing or damaged, new ones can easily be arranged through our customer service team.

To further assist you with the top of your pram, you will need to take a picture of the issue and further explain it to the customer service team and together we can make sure that your pram is functioning correctly.

You can call 1300-0-VALCO or email support@valco.com.au

Fantastic Pram!!! – I have bought this pram for my first baby so I didn't know exactly what I was looking for on a pram to start with. My baby is now 8 months and I coudn't live withou this pram. I go for daily walks/jogs with my dog and my baby and find this pram very confortable for my baby and easy to steer with only one hand. To start with I love the recline on the seat. It's perfect for a new born and easy to adjust as the baby grows. The Expanda hood is fantastic and protects my baby from the sun. I love how the mosquito net/ sun shade (it doesn't come with the pram) zips up to the hood. Also love the storage space. Easy to fold. Very realiable and easy to steer. Runs smooth on bumpy roads. I love this pram and couldn't live without it! The only bad thing about this pram is that is a little bit to bulky but i don't find this to be a massive problem.

Excellent – I LOVE this pram. It's so easy to fold up and down and I love how incredibly manoeuverable it is. The zip out hood means that bub is protected from the sun a lot more than the traditional hood, and if you have the boot cover on too, really keeps out the sun, wind and rain. There's a little peekaboo window in the hood too so you can check on baby without having to stop and walk around the front. The removable mini bag on the back of the seat also allows for really good airflow on hot days. I'd definitely recommend this pram!! Extendable hood is awesome and provides lots of shade for bub; super easy to steer; can unfold it easily with a one-handed flick of the wrist; good sized basket with extra pockets on the side; excellent sun/mosquito shade that fits really well; brake is easy to pop on and off; great that you can lock the wheel in place, or have it rotate through 90 or 360 degrees; wheels pop off quickly and easily Little bulky and heavy when folded; seat doesn't *quite* lay flat

Good Pram but a tad bulky – It has been a great pram and I am using it still with my second child due in a week as it has a toddler seat attachment, only thing is the toddler seat has no recline so my older child won't be able to nap, other than that it is easy to manouver and folds easily. Also the main seat almost lays flat but not quite, still fine for a newborn and was good with foot muff and detachable head support, baby is nice and snug. Good steering, lots of accessories drink holder, zip up suncover, easy to fold, comfort for child rear wheels are wide set making some shops a no go as could not fit, quite heavy to lift into the car
