DISAPPOINTED – This dish wash lasted 2 years and 8 months, was good in washing on the longer cycle, am disappointed as this was part our new home built, and at the same time our oven also not working (Venini brand too) not worth getting the dish washer repaired so off to get another dishwasher... best to stay away from this brand and stick to a brand that is well known and not going to break down straight after warranty.  Show details

Don't buy from this company, terrible customer service!! – when this dishwasher worked it worked well. until it blew up on November, then came the trouble. We initially contacted for a warranty repair, after a week somebody contacted us and picked it up. 2 weeks later we were offered to wait 6 weeks for parts or to get a replacement, we unfortunately chose the replacement. brand (made by the same company), called Euromaid, which was basically the same dishwasher only with a different logo. we set it up only for it to leak the first time we used it, again calling back the warranty company it was sent away for repair, only to get a phone call the next week to say they couldn't find the problem and they would return it. A BRAND NEW DISHWASHER SHOULD NOT LEAK!!! so we attempted to contact the company again only to be put off again and again, we were promised return calls that were never received and spent alot of time on hold.

Only when we began the process to take it through consumer affairs was anything done and we were then promised a refund within 48 hours. a week later we are still waiting for a refund and they are putting it all back on the place of purchase although we are fully aware it is their end being difficult.

I would never buy another product through this company. they have a number of brands under the company 'home appliances'.

we have been without a dishwasher for more than 2 months and were told by their service provider that fridges and freezers are more of a priority even after we have waited 2 months!

It Does The Job Well – This dishwasher is efficient spacious and it works. The Dishwasher is amazing at cleaning dishes pot plates spoons forks and lots more. don't want to touch anything inside there as soon as it finishes drying. Its really safe while it is on with a locking system with the door it locks into place so little kids cant open it. That's why i think the Venini VDW60S is the best washing machine.

This product was installed in our new home by the builders, sounds like a jet plane taking off and d – I wrote a review but I will say it again, product was installed into our new home August 2017, very loud and doesn’t dry the top shelf which is cups and mugs. Great size and spacious – It is not too big dishwasher but inside is specious! And it can be washed incredibly clean the dishes and pans all the time after washing. However, if you think they have heavy stains, you can select a insetive mode. There are 4 modes which are regular, quick, eco and insentive.  Show details

Excellent product – We purchased stainless steel Dishwasher at Masters. Were looking at another brand but sales assistant advised the Venini was a better product. So happy with it. Quiet to operate. Many different settings. Gets everything sparkling clean. Reasonably priced compared to other brands. Highly recommend this Dishwasher. Easy to install and operate.
