Venini VED6005 Dishwasher (Sort Of) – I just moved into my in-laws and they have installed as part of the home package a Venini VHD6005 dishwasher and the same brand oven. The dishwashers hopeless and it can't clean the most basic of items. The oven chooses when to work with a mind of its own. If you have a house with these items it would be best to chuck them out and start again as they really are pretty substandard items. I had a bosch dishwasher and it ran circles around the venini. With the Bosch you could load fully dirty dishes and they always came out clean regardless of the cycle used. With the venini you would need a hammer and chisel to removed the baked on food if you did the same thing.
Eden Brae should be ashamed of installing this product – Bought as part of a builders package with Eden Brea homes, a SYDNEY builder who is renown for their high quality, so when they include crap machines like Venini and pathetic ovens by the same brand I hold them resposomsible. No respectable retailer would sell this junk and no decent builder should install their products. Oven won’t heat up, dish washer leaks and switches off during cycles and doesn’t clean nor dries properly. Total disgrace! If your builder is including Venini as your appliance package- choose another builder! Good luck.

Hi Venini official, EBH has built almost every home in my street and those who took the package that included Venini have all had the same issues, of the 12 family’s all but 1 have since replaced their dishwasher and most have replaced their ovens as both simply didn’t preform as you would expect. Maybe google Venini and review, you will see a commen theme, builders packages and your machines that don’t function properly. I like the rest of my street will now replace your products with a more reputable brand, but I wanted the public to be aware your products are of poor quality, which when you build with a builder like Eden Brae who have built their reputation on quality, I struggle to understand why they would cut corners and use obviously substandard appliances. No need to investigate, but thank you for the offer.
Keep clear of this make – Jus not great , inside not good arrangement Died on month of warranty price to get someone out to look not worth it decided to buy new as call out and cost of repair to already unpreforming dishwasher not worth it Was installed as an upgrade to new house build , seen off as was the oven same make

Wouldn't have another one – This dishwasher was a standard appliance in our home. A normal cycle takes a long time (about 2hrs) and it never dries the dishes properly. In the last 2 years, it does not open the detergent dispenser leaving the tablet or powder stuck in the holder and this dishes noo washed properly with detergent all over them. I have resorted to leaving the dispenser lid open and putting the tablet or gel in the bottom of the machine and turning it on. Still not a very good result. I will be replacing it very soon, as I have resorted to manually washing up my cutler and pans as they are not cleaned or dried properly and the cutlery discoloured.
Energy and water inefficient --- very average dishwasher – We got this dishwasher as part of our house, we bought about 2.5 years ago. Lately its started to give a specific error code which meant there was a problem with the heating element (courtesy: user manual) apparently its filter needs to be cleaned all the time. If there is even a little amount of grease, it wont let the the water through and wont heat up. Found this out after paying $99.00 dollars for call-out from think appliances, when this could have been communicated over the phone!
Also, its normal wash cycle is way too long! About 2 hours. Its power consumption is also pretty heaving but still, the drying element doesn't dry out the plastic utensils at all, even though I use rinse aid. Hasn't required any parts service yet and its 3.5 years old Energy and water consumption both are very high. Filter needs constant cleaning. Noisy.
