Great for restless legs/feet – I suffer from something similar to restless legs but in my feet. It makes it very hard to sleep at night. I find using this and a magnesium spray helps immensely. Worth a try
My Podiatrist can now feel the pulse in my right foot again – In May my Podiatrist was unable to feel the pulse in my right foot. As a diabetic, my feet are tested by a Doppler machine annually and the Doppler reading in May was unlike any sound I have ever heard from the machine. The sound was intermittent and not good! Initially I took lemon, ginger and garlic daily and in October there was a feeble pulse… Read more
at the back of my right heel and still no pulse on top of my foot. Earlier in October I had started using the Aldi Visage Infrared circulation booster. So I decided to up the use of the machine and take a break from the lemon, ginger and garlic. I have just had my December visit to my Podiatrist and he could feel the pulse on the top of my right foot! This is a great cause for celebration!!!!!!! And the constant pain I had in my right rump, thigh and calf has disappeared
Another case of faulty electrics – I used this for a few months and was reasonably happy but one night after using it we smelt that awful 'hot electric' smell and heard a weird buzzing noise. It took us a minute to work out it was coming from the foot massager even though it was turned off! We had to unplug it from the wall before it would stop. I dread to think what might have… Read more
happened if we hadn't been home or even worse, asleep.
Definitely a dodgy product that needs a recall.
OK, but there's better available – Thought I'd give this a go as Aldi has a good return policy. Gives some relief but didn't quite do it for me so took it back. Bought another type on ebay. Search ebay for '3D foot and ankle massager', $79 delivered. A lot better. Squeezes your feet and massages your soles at the same time. Pure bliss.
Great circulation booster for lower legs. Love it! – I use this every single day under my desk when I am working. It is great for boosting the circulation in my feet and calf muscles. No more tired aching legs. A very reasonable price compared to other Circulation Boosters, and at a third of the price. First one lasted 2.5 years, and now on my second one. Great for circulation and muscles in lower legs. Infrared heat button for cold aching feet.
Not really what I thought – I am very disappointed this massager doesn't have a rolling action like a shiatsu massage. It only taps and vibrates. I only realized after I opened and tried it out, so the box/packaging doesn't explain exactly what type of action it uses. I am thinking of returning and getting a refund. The infrared heat. Doesn't have rolling action.
Nearly burnt the house down!! – I love love love this massager - used it every morning as I sat at the computer and found that not only did my feet feel better but I had way more energy throughout the day - I'd lost that "dragging around a ball and chain" feeling that plagued me. Told the family and anyone else who would listen that I was absolutely hooked for life to this… Read more
little unit - it had literally transformed my life!
But I noticed recently that a spot on the massager near the cord entry point felt warm if it was left plugged in so I started to unplug it between uses. I forgot to do so yesterday, and got up this morning to a very strong funny acrid chemical smell. Turns out my husband had noticed the smell before going to bed last night and, being unable to find the exact source, he turned every appliance off as a precaution.
Thank God he did because this morning when we investigated further and plugged the massager in and turned it on it started to hiss and sputter and flash blue sparks from the base. The fact that the smell was there even though it was not turned on makes me to believe we could have been facing aa absolute disaster this morning had my DH not turned off all the power points.
So, if you have one of these dont leave it plugged in when not in use. I will be taking it back, of course but not just to the store. This needs to be investigated, not just a refund given and the unit chucked in the dumpster.
And I'm going to buy another foot massager - from another brand. Great theraputic benefits Nearly burnt the house down !
Excellent – my wife purchased this foot massager at aldi 6 months ago - and at $69 we thought, why not? not only have my wife and i experienced relief from this great product but our 28 yr.old son who suffers poor circulation never fails to use it on his (becoming more frequent) visits. i no longer suffer severe & painfull,night-time leg cramps, which… Read more
normally resulted in a 20 min. massage session before returning to bed. my wife has experienced amazing relief after 25 yrs. of pain following an ankle reconstruction.this product has given us tremendous comfort and much missed sleep. no problems here - we look forward to this activity every night.
Good – I have a lot of problems with my feet-mainly spurring in both heels and top of one foot and also in the big toe joint on one foot and the pain can be so bad. This product really does help as it gets to the right areas with the massaging and as a regular ballroom dancer I can recommend this and also for those with problems from working on their… Read more
