Vodafone 541 (2010)

UNRELIABLE dont even think Vodafone – To use their so called Customer Care at 1555, means you will be more than likely cut off, to join the queue again up to 12 hours,before they call you back, Their Customer service is unreliable to say the very least, they promise to call you back and dont (4 reps in 36 hours, and no replies) As for porting forget it. I was 4 days without a number, until I ported the number back to ALDI. Really disappointing, frustrating, and a big loss of time, messages and phone calls.

Excellent – I just bought this touch screen phone from Big W for $50 with $30 worth of credit free. The phone is great it comes with a pen to help you easily use the touchscreen. Very easy to get around on the phone with an easy menu layout. It comes in two colours red or pink. Comes in two colours, easy to use, cheap, available at all the big store. You can only get this phone on the vodafone network and its locked. I often find when i lock the phone it sometimes goes to the screen which changes your profile so i find my profile being changed to flight mode accidently.
