Cheap n' nasty – Bought purely on cost basis. It's light, reasonably efficient and adequate for the needs of a retired couple who have downsized their property. However, it takes an age to turn on. The on off button ceased functioning properly after about a month and, as the shop is quite a long way away, we didn't return before one year warranty ran out. We now leave the appliance on permanently and switch it on and off through switch at power point. Only trouble is if, when operating it, I accidentally knock on/off button, and turn it off. It takes an age to reactivate - sometimes needing twenty odd pushes of the button..

Excellent – I've had this vacuum cleaner for a good five years, and it is still running smoothly. I've never had any problems with it - and it does what it's meant to do... vacuum. It was reasonably priced, and i liked the fact that i could get it in purple. I don't have any major complaints. It's not a super deluxe model, but it does the job.
