OK – great machine with no back up,does anybody know where to get spares?please post on this web space thanks very good cleaner does the job trying to get parts non starter godfreys clueless bought there

Bad – If I have to purchase another shampooer I would definately not shop at Godfreies I would shop around and get some honest opinions from people who have purchased, shampooers first Great for getting pet stains off carpet, easy to use, Godfreies suggested this was the best out there and so having purchased a number of items from them I trusted them Godfreies service, I have had a $8.00 filter on order since April and still nothing with the item looking like it could take forever, which then renders a $800.00 unit useless

Terrible – machine has been back to godreys 5 times,Currently can not get a replacement water tank for so it is unable to be used.Pump has been replaced once.Be careful in what you buy!!!!!! Great cleaner good for dog hair Bad service form godreys(hopeless)

Terrible – i would never buy another wertheim 2750 shamooer again too weak it works ok run around for parts
