Excellent product – I'm always traveling and sometimes its a headache when you want to access some important files and all you can think is it is on your HDD at home, I decided to buy this one, 80G is large space enough for your important files on the go. I have mine for 3 months now and dont see any problem, its a ligh weight so its good to have in your backpack. I am satisfied with this product and will surely recommend this to anybody. if you think 80G is small enough you may try the 160G or 250G thats more than enough to back-up the entire computer files for safekeeping.

Good – This is ideal for backing up all of your computer files and keeping them elsewhere at a safe location so that you won't lose all of your work. This is such a compact unit that it doesn't take up much space and it only uses one cable so it is easy to use and doesn't clutter your workstation up with unnecessary space and cables. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommeinding this unit to others. Western Digital is a good and well known brand in data storage devices also. Lightweight compact desigin with only one USB cable connection. Can be a bit slow backing up say a whole computer memory but can be left over night.

Excellent – Really glad I bought it. No problems what so ever. I am using it now for more than a three months and it did not gave me any grief. My friend has one as well (I did not know he had one, until he has seen mine). He is very happy with his unit too. When you transfer huge amount of info though, like 17 GIGO bates for example, you will notice THE TIME. Takes a while! Also shiny surface easily scratched, but if you careful you will get nice, cool looking thing in your possession. Has huge WOW factor on my friends too :) That rubber door for connection port rocks! And I absolutely LOVE big circular power LED. It looks goooood…Can I recommend to buy one? You betcha! This one is so much sleeker and comfy than Maxtor I was using before! Rid of your wires! You only need one! I think you will not regret if you become the owner of Western Digital. Small, fits in a pocket nicely, cool and classy looking, NO POWER NEEDED!!! Feeds from USB! This means the unit has only one USB wire! I wish more software would be loaded on it! (as a package)
