on eastern seaboard wants to do a bodgy repair, salvaging the parts that are damaged, at our expense including courier fee. How will this help there is only one way to plug in so no doubt it will happen again when it does we will be up for more cost as they will use this loop hole again. The repairer even admitted he had seen this problem before and my husband clearly looked after the vacuum. Expensive item and no support from company.

in, due to the width and I find I don't have any problems getting things out, I usually only have to open one door. The drawer in the middle can be converted to a freezer or kept as a fridge depending on your needs. I love the drawer arrangement for the freezer too. It is actually two drawers in the bottom freezer section - one clear plastic shorter drawer I put my bread and treats in there, plus a deeper bottom drawer - I put my meats and frozen leftovers in there. The bottom most drawer has a handy divider.

Keeps food cold, the water and ice functionality is awesome.

The lighting in the fridge is fantastic, lots of little compartments to put things on both doors and in the shelves. I believe the fridge is much quieter than my old one. The shelving is super adjustable - you can flip shelves up or back and can fit very tall bottles in. It has a door and drawer alarm which goes off after a while if you leave the doors open by accident.

I have now had the fridge almost 6 months and am so pleased with my purchase. The only small hiccup we had was the Westinghouse logo on the top right was coming unstuck on delivery - with some gentle pressure it stuck back on and has stayed on.

I considered a 4 door fridge however, I found that style no better for storage than my old side by side model. If you convert the 4th door to a fridge in those models you have next to no freezer space - especially if you don't have another freezer in the house. I love the Westinghouse as it means we don't need another fridge or freezer we have ample room for our family and can easily access what we need.

Memories ruined. New blend is awful – My family has been drinking Moccona for at least 30 years. So many happy memories we always had a jar in the house. Imagine my surprise when my coffee tasted like cigarette…

The new blend is awful and so is Douwe Egberts generic response to my email to them, saying this is what customers wanted! Manufacture has moved countries and obviously to save money they have ruined their reputation. On the hunt for a non Douwe Egberts alternative. I don’t mind paying for coffee quality. A tip for others: Coles and Woolworths are refunding peoples money on this even if you have opened the jar.

the skirting boards has never been so clean. It goes underneath beds with ease. We set it to go after dinner or before bed and it easily does our whole house (other than bedrooms) on its battery charge.

We put it in the bedrooms on other occasions as our floorboards are higher than the carpeted bedrooms so the machine gets stuck in the bedrooms. No big deal, just shut the bedroom door so the robot doesn't try to get out and waste battery trying to get up to the floor boards.

Would never get a manual vacuum again. Better job than our Dyson, particularly near skirting boards and underneath furniture. So much dust removed from carpet that Dyson never touched. Brushes wear quite easily. We may have to replace ours soon after 6 months use. Sometimes can get lost, or go back to base without finishing job properly (plenty battery left).

time has gone on I have become less and less impressed with the machine.

The clothes have to be cleaned on the quick cycle otherwise they take hours and the machine is rough on the clothes if they are in there that long. If you put the full load in, the wash quality suffers terribly. So we are not even getting the full value of the large machine.

Clothes come out smelly mouldy the cycle after using the dryer. The time to use the dryer actually makes us not use it. Particularly on towels which still come out wet after a 3 hour cycle!!!

I am going to have to save up for a new washer and will get a separate cheap dryer which seem to dry much better and quicker. I am very upset that this appliance has only lasted 3 years. Nothing now. Bad wash quality, terrible drying time. Smells mouldy after using the dryer.
