OzMobiles Great customer service – Bought a refurbished iPhone which arrived in far north west qld within a week. had an issue with the ability to connect to wifi, so I contacted them and received an immediate… response, with instructions to send the phone back for repair/ replacement. They quickly identified the problem and sent me a new phone. Communication was excellent, I was informed via email every step of the way. Shame the original phone didn't work properly, but with such excellent after-sales service it didn't really matter. would highly recommend and definitely use again. |

Baby Jogger City Mini Great little pram – This pram is very good. Previous reviews have covered the amazing folding system but it really is so great. Does everything you want a pram to do. I can even fit my 2 smallish… kids in it - my 6 month old lies down while my 2.5 year old sits up between her legs, leaning forwards on to the bar at the front (it's an optional accessory). They can actually lie down side by side too, at a squish, and both have a sleep. And when the youngest was a newborn, I could take out the Safe 'n' Sound infant capsule we'd hired and place it in the pram, held securely in place by the bar. No need for expensive car seat adaptor systems! Quality materials, versatile, that amazing folding system. Basket is a bit on the small side, I struggle to shove in a full nappy bag. |

Baby Jogger Summit 360 Just okay – Let me begin by saying that I purchased this pram second-hand on ebay, and I suspect that some of its faults were caused by the previous owner's lack of care. The summit 360 has… many excellent features, as do all Babyjogger prams. I purchased this specific model with the intention to use it as an all-round pram that I could also jog with. Unfortunately it didn't quite hit the mark for either purpose. I now have a Babyjogger City Mini (which I love) and am looking at purchasing a combo bike trailer/jogger for jogging and cycling. Same as other babyjogger models - quick fold technology, pretty easy to steer, quality materials, good ventilation keeping baby from getting too hot. My pram veered off to the right with the front wheel in locked mode for running. Difficult to manoeuvre with front wheel locked even when that was accounted for. If running with wheel not locked, pram got the speed wobbles (at a very low jogging speed mind you!) once bub was over around 8kg. Brakes were stuffed when I got it. Basket quite small, difficult to shove a whole nappy bag in to. Too wide for aisles at some stores. |

Babyclub Dreamtime Does the job – This cot is fine but I wouldn't rave about it. I really like the bassinet and change table features; I think they work well and I like that you can flip the change table out of… the way. The bassinet has been very handy for one grandparent who is unable to bend down low enough to pick up a young baby from the bottom of the cot. As others have stated, the base is very thin and I personally wouldn't want to sleep on it. Having said that, neither of my kids have ever seemed bothered by its thinness. I find this cot easy enough to set up and take down, I think it is just like any other we've tried at hotels etc (i.e. tricky until you figure it out). Given my time over, I wouldn't buy this cot - I'd choose a different cot with a thicker mattress, but still with the bassinet and change table. Change table and bassinet very handy in early months, cheap Thin mattress |

Phil & Teds Lobster Very good product – This chair lives on our bench top, the old high chair hasn't been used since we had it. My toddler can play with play dough/food while she watches me prepare meals, it's been a… godsend. Our old chair had a million crevices for food to hide, which could never be cleaned completely. This one wipes down fairly well, and we just chuck it through a regular wash when it needs a more thorough clean. Easily portable. Just flip the chair inside out to get rid of any residual chunks of food. Fabric part comes off for washing easily and dries on the line quickly so it can be ready for the next meal. No legs (like a normal high chair) so you can easily put newspaper underneath and throw the whole lot away after a meal. Food smooshes on the front fabric part but it wipes down okay. |
