they’re no good, then you’re in for a headache. Mine is ok- sometimes he misses a scheduled pickup day, which is annoying. When I call him, he says he is finishing the days work early. This doesn’t happen a lot, but is worth noting. - some routes along their network are overloaded, and their delivery time takes a lot longer than what is quoted on their website. Eg- Melbourne to Sydney, Melbourne to Adelaide. With my experience, my parcels along these routes take about 3/4 Business days, where their website says 1-2. It isn’t a big deal, since that is usually the furthest delay, but one thing I loved about Fastway was their overnight Melbourne- Sydney service which was the norm, now not so much. I hope their old speed returns. - When you ask for a signature for a parcel with their standard service, sometimes the tracking will simply note “authority to leave”, meaning the driver delivered the parcel, but didn’t attempt to get a signature- I know first hand.

But besides all that, they’re actually pretty good. My Melbourne- Brisbane parcels get there in 2-3 days, their service is usually a lot quicker than Auspost keep in mind cheaper....a lot cheaper. I would really recommend them to other small businesses. They pickup from you, simple flat rate prices up to 5kg and a lot cheaper than competitors. Also helps that their tracking function is pretty accurate and easy to use.

I don't get the negative reviews! – I feel sorry for CP, they seem to be so hard done by on this website, but I use them in partnership with Sendle to power my business- could not ask for better, and faster delivery…

especially in these times. Fast delivery, low prices and our local courier is helpful. My customers are so happy and are easily surprised by CP and their speed! No issues so far! Hassle free pickups (only thing is their pickup timeframe is 8am-6pm which can be annoying) Only problem- Their tracking details seems weird, very old fashioned looking tracking website. I had a parcel that only got scanned when picked up then dropped off 2 days later...can cause confusion.
