Worst company service ever. Do not use them – Paid extra for phonecall b4 pickup..left the parcle on front porch..didnt call..didnt pickup...just had to pay 44$ to rebook my pickup again. Will never use again if the delivery was free…

Returning back to a sender – Sender has forgot to put unit 2 on a parcel and i called the same day they tried delivering to ask them if i could pick it up as the parcel was still in Brisbane...But apparently…

nothing can be done about it if its wrong address. Money grabbing. I'll make sure my international parcels don't go to there hands anymore.
