As my reason for replacing my current machine was for a malfunction in the machine and issues in customer service and costs involved in repair, I went to the CEBO website, viewed some youtube video of the machine and its capabilities. Soon after,I placed an order.

Delivery occurred in a short amount of time and instructions revealed quite a user friendly and adjustable coffee machine.

I encountered initial difficulties with the milk frother. For unknown reasons, the milk failed to pump up correctly, which resulted in lots of spits,steam and mess.

I contacted CEBO and they advised a couple of suggestions which did not work. This is where the customer service "kicked in" and in a short amount of time, I had a replacement machine delivered and the original shipped back to the company at no cost to me and with a minimum of fuss.

The replacement machine worked fine and now I am enjoying great coffee from a well priced machine.

The coffee grind appears to be a little coarser than my previous machine and I have found I needed to adjust the coffee settings up to "maximum" to achieve my desired cup. Aside from this, the temperature of the coffee is good, the ease of making a breeze and the clean up not at all onerous. Well priced adjustable machine. Really good customer service.
