activities. During daily routine I found the step counter useful and it calculates a daily goal for you each day. When running it shows your heart rate zone, speed, distance, time and more. I found this device encouraging to exercise by giving feedback during exercise and rewards after such as a PB for time or distance.

Surprisingly I like the step counter because the daily goal changes and you wouldn't go to bed 200 steps short! I don't know how the sleep counter works but it seems acurate with light and deep sleep cycles as well detecting when I wake up to attend to the kids during the night. I also used it in a hockey game to track my movements, distance and speed which was interesting on the app. I have also used it to walk the kids to school and working on the wards to track my distance. It is reasonably acurate on the treadmill if the GPS is turned off.

The app is easy to read and gives a good comprehensive statistical analysis of your events. You can even preset training programs onto a calender into your watch or use preset programs for particular events eg 12 klm run at easy medium or hard training and it will plan out a training schedule for you on its calendar.

Overall I love this watch and have barely taken it off since I bought it. It did take a while to figure out how to sync it to my phone and laptop but after that it's great. The app does so much and easy to navigate. It can be a little overwhelming and I am still finding new things.

The van has a light and airy feel with heaps of windows and plenty of lighting. There is plenty of storage everywhere in the right place. Everything feels like quality and well designed. We love the bed concept that makes good use of space for day and night.

Hitching up is a breeze to the ALKO chasis with built in antisway and over-running brakes. You don't need heavy weight distribution bars or electric brake controllers. It only weighs 1200kg and tows beautifully behind our Commodore which can tow 2100kg.

It has everything you need for cheap and fun holidays. Bed configuration, easy to use. Screen off the kids room. Light weight and it looks really modern and smart. Excellent for caravan parks and some free camping, but not an off roader!

dispenser work really well receive a lot of comments. The width is less than 900mm and fits most spaces. Takes a while to clean and put back together because all of the shelves are different sizes. It is a bit on the small side inside but has many compartments and shelves.
