Shark Solar Be extremely careful. Pretend to be local. Take a lot of short cuts. Will sound friendly as if they are helping but will actually do nothing. Be careful about 5 star reviews you read,they are know to submit scripted reviews.… |

ING worst experience with any bank ever (and that's quite an achievement) Never answer questions directly, literally don't even try to help. Simply made a lot of excuses and told me… 'my hands are tied'. I could go on with example after example .... just be really wary about banking with this organisation unless you're happy to never receive help and 'customer service', ever. |

Local Agent Finder Awful. Rude, dismissive, condescending. Deliberately vague and un helpful on the phone, then blame me that things are 'going around in circles'. Product is usless. Will just sell… you info to a bunch of agents. You are way better off doing your own search and contacting a showtlis of agents |

Equifax Painful and Untrustworthy – FORCED to use this company for ID verification. Painful buggy process that takes way too long. After recent data breaches I would never use this company, only did on this occasion… because I was given NO OPTION to use their verfication process or not get paid. |
