It's a No from me

Great website but many products are toxic – I tried to leave a review for Calvin Klein CK One deodorant stick on their website and they won't let me. I recently discovered I have thyroid issues for the first time in my life…

and discovered this this product contains BHT, which is a hazardous chemical KNOWN to have endocrine disruptive effects, especially on the thyroid! I blame this product for my issues as it started when I first used this a few months ago. I love this website and have purchased things for over 10 years but some of the ingredients in products are absolutely toxic for your body and your hormones. Please research the ingredients yourself, there are much safer alternatives to many products. I discovered an app called YUKA from tiktok that lets you scan beauty and food products, breaking down the ingredients in them which is much quicker than googling them yourself. It has been so helpful. The website itself is easy to use and has amazing samples and promotions but many products are unsafe, I advise people to check the ingredients because many of them effect your health and hormones negatively and are completely unnecessary when there are the same products out there without them.

website is useless beyond tracking the item to contact them after a week of 2 automated replies they still haven't got back to you and the contact number which doesn't even seem to be on the website says it understands you want to talk to a real person but just puts you through to some automatic ticket system and you aren't sent anything to know that went through either and you can still never get through to speak to a person. This is the most stressful, anger inducing company. It is not just 1 star it is -100 stars.

spent $300 on a "silk" fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases. Was not provided any tracking number. Today i received cheap satin garbage. I can easily identify silk by look and feel and am disgusted and appalled by how many others have been scammed by this company who should be shut down. Unfortunately they removed the option to pay with PayPal so now I have to organise a refund with my credit card, planning to return express with proof of delivery. You would get more satisfaction throwing your money into the wind than buying this crap.
