These can take up to a 32gig Micro SD card but need one faster than a 6 grade for good video I use 10 grade cards only

I was told to get it sent to my home address and then make a claim when I got home in late June

When I got home was told I should have sent it direct to Covermore. Some staff training needed here I think.

Since then I have been getting bills monthly from Seattle and finally rang the hospital to tell them to send them to Covermore.

Am still getting bills at home and its now 6 months and 3 days since my attendance. and 5 months since I made the claim. Last bill sent from USA on 11 Oct, got here 2 weeks ago.

Covermore did accept the claim but continue to say they are negotiating settlement via a 3rd party in USA

How long does it take to do this.

Am disgusted at this tardiness and would never recommend this company to anyone, for two reasons

Staff obviously dont give you correct information and they try and beat the biller down in price.. Was easy to buy Is hard to get a result

When we got it remote was faulty (2 buttons didnt work) We were sent a new one without argument via Express.

Have more trouble with the TV programs running late when using the guide to record than anything else.

Would recommend one of these despite others seeming problems.
