before it started to have constant problems. We did replace parts & the battery, but it still isn't working properly (turns off for no reason & struggles with maps & no-go zones). My other robovacc was an LG and it lasted 10yrs, so I'm disappointed that our roborock hasn't lasted long, considering the price. Plus their customer service is useless.
