  Rapid Loss Shakes

Gained weight lots of gas – I have been on the program for about 5 days, replacing breakfast and lunch with vanilla flavor and skim milk . . . Taste is great and I have been have yoghurt, grapes, an apple or

carrot sticks as my snack.

My sinners have been either chicken, fish or steak with veggies or salad my problem is I have gained 5 kgs and full of gas I was going to give up but since reading these reviews have been inspired to keep at it but would love to hear others experiences?
