Acer Spin 1 don't waste your money – My Acer spin was six months old when the casing broke on the left hand side. I managed to get a warranty repair, but the same thing happened again six months later. It has been… consigned to rubbish. Obviously the casing is too weak and unable to cope with the stress of being opened and closed. |

NAK Hair The best products – I have used the Aromas range for a while and it is beautiful. I was recently diagnosed with an allergy to Isothiazolinone's which are preservatives found in many products… including shampoo, conditioner and personal hygiene products. I contacted NAK and emailed them and they have confirmed that their products are free of these preservatives. The service I received from the enquiry was excellent. |

Natures Organics Purity Sensitive Fabric Softener Product ingredient list on the label doesn't include all ingredients – I have just found out that I have an allergy to isothiazolinone preservatives. This is not listed on the ingredient list on the packaging. On trying to find products that… contain this that I use I only discovered that the product contains this by finding the MSDS statement. Google MSDS Purity Fabric Softener if you are concerned. This is poor marketing considering that there is a picture of a baby on the packaging and that this group of chemicals is a major cause of contact dermatitis in people with a history of Eczema. It is more concerning that it is marketed as an organic company that uses this preservative. |

Kaboodle Kitchen Don't waste your money – My Kitchen is just over 6 years old and has to be replaced because: 1) Cupboard doors are falling off 2) Tap has split and spits water everywhere 3) Water damage under the sink… and the door has collapsed 4) A leaking kettle has caused the bench top to buckle I am the only person living in the house, so the kitchen has not had a hard life. |

Mazda CX-5 KE.I I stop/Battery issue at 2 years – Thankyou for your post regarding the Istop and warning light flashing which has helped me significantly, I have the exact issue with a car the same age, I have had it two years… this week. I took it to the dealer this afternoon and his plan is to have the car for 4 hours to pressure test the battery. He reassured me that it wouldn't stop! I mentioned that I had been on the internet and had read that the battery needs to be at 75% capacity for I stop to work which he agreed with. He quoted me $600 for a new battery and I replied that RACQ is $250. His response to this is that it has to be a Century battery. He also mentioned that the batteries only have a 12 month warranty. I pushed for a warranty claim, but that would been having them test it and having to pay dealership rates (which are out of the ball park) if it is not accepted I love my car, but am very disappointed at having this issue 2 years into my "Mazda Experience" Me thinks turning off the I stop and a call to RACQ is the way to go. Back to Toyota in a few years me thinks. |
