Pretty much a scam – Front of Box 'Ready in 10mins' Back of Box 'Cook for 10-13mins' Green garnishes shown on item photo on front of Box. Zero green garnishes. Agree with others - laughable size, minimal ingredients, no taste. Got scammed for my dough.

Beware of extended warrantee – To keep things simple, our HP Pavilion DV6 has been returned 4 times due to extreme slow HDD/System & WIFI speeds & VERY high temperature, every time it has come back

'refurbished'. After the 3rd time, i rang the repairer directly to ask them why they cannot fix the problem, he came up with quite a few excuses like they have performed a stress test etc. etc. etc. I returned by advising them to try this laptop in a real world environment which they refused to do. I have updated $500 worth of network gear at home to try and fix the problem to no avail. It was only when i went to a third party adviser that they had a quick look at the HDD physically and there are burn marks on the side of the HDD and 5-6 screws and pins on the circuit board. So i swapped the HDD for a SSD (Another $300) and now, finally it is working ok. Why do we have to fork out $800 when we buy extended warranty?

I cannot get a refund as they are all avoiding the situation. I would love to charge them the 60+ hours of phone calls and wasted time organizing repairs, not to mention this laptop is for my partner to study at uni. No word of a lie, since we have owned the laptop we have been without it for approximately 6 months due to returns for repair. I have photos documenting the fault with the machine for anyone who needs evidence.

Didn't even make a purchase – After researching for many months for the items i wanted for my new PC build, i decided on specific items equating to a $2000 to $2500 build. On researching current prices, i

decided to further enquire into their price matching guarantee. So off went a very polite email to MB explaining how I wanted to build this PC and the componentry required, employ their price matching, provided a very detailed list of what my parts/requirements were, their competitor’s pricing and shipping total. Furthermore, i enquired about their warranty and how they stand by it, how returns can be made.

Reading reviews here and elsewhere and have made the discovery that these guys really don’t know what customer service really is.. and boy, are they 100% correct!!!

They can’t even get a pre-sales enquiry right!!!

The belated response was:

“Hi,

We have a dedicated RA team that deals with returns and DOA and warranty claims are honoured.

Your best bet for the shipping cost is to take a look online.

Regards,

G.B. - can't mention name :(

Customer Service Representative”

If these guys can’t even sell a product, how can they offer after-sales service!?

What happened to the price matching? Decent website with straight-forward shopping I don't know where to start, because likewise... they don't either!!!!!

Excellent Customer Service – Purchased a Front Loader washing machine stand from 'The Electric Wholesaler', which is rare to find at the moment. I had a small problem with the online payment that was most

likely my computer mucking-around. I sent off an email enquiry regarding this issue and what I was doing wrong and within an hour I had a phone call with a resolution for my problem made within 15 minutes. This was at closing time, so I appreciate their efforts.

The very next day I received another phone call to follow up the payment and to make sure everything was ok. Hours later I had another phone call to confirm that everything was ok and they are sending the item out ASAP which it was.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service which is surprisingly greater than normal in-store retailers. For their staff to call you instead of emailing was a fresh change of old-school actual commitment to customer satisfaction with reasonable prices.

I will definitely shop here again, although technically interstate, it is worth it for their customer support. Customer Service, Dedication & Support

Ok, for first or short term BBQ – This BBQ is fantastic for the first 3 uses. Leaping in front of competitors as it starts rusting and peeling as a well-thought-design-feature. Inconsistent heating and burning

paint smells make this BBQ a very enjoyable experience leaving 50% of the meat overcooked and the remaining 50% undercooked with the high quality Nano-meter thick "stainless steel" burners, ahead of the competition when it comes to burning, warping and clogging. This BBQ includes the latest morphing technology where it transforms itself from a BBQ black to 1970 Holden Rust-Bucket in a matter of months without the addition of water or salt!! Imagine the outcome if left out in the weather!

Best of all is the high quality service from BBQ's Galore!! Buy from the Castle Hill store, then take it home, assemble it and realise they forgot a side burner as part of the fun... Call them and notify of the problem, hours later, be requested to return it to the store... but before so, dis-assemble the BBQ and re-pack the whole thing back into the box. Then into your car... again... That's right, folks, every 50-100 screws... because screws are much higher quality than welds. Forgot to mention the missing Wiltshire BBQ pack that they lost and non-reimbursed for. Call head office for the best customer service! Would you like to take our or extra warranty of customer dissatisfaction for free? I know, I CERTAINLY DO!! Rusting, Warping, Inconsistent Heating, Customer Service
