Celebrity Slim Meh – I've been on Optifast for a week as prescribed by gastric surgeon. Thought I would try something different and bought Celebrity Slim. I found the taste to be ok and was… impressed with the variety of flavours, but found there to be way too much sugar in them. Over 20 grams per package. Definitely not recommended for diabetics! Tastes ok and good variety of flavours Way too much sugar in them |
