error and yelled out to him that he's delivering it to wrong address. Asked driver why so late, he said truck issue......yep heard that one before. I have noticed a decline in their delivery service as of late. If order place early in the day, your more likely to get it on time, but later in the day, the later the order will come. Lesson learnt. However I must acknowledge the packers who do a great job, if not for them I would give it one star

I told them I don't want anything changed as it is its working well I just want to pay the second instalment.......well they didn't listen, said the account was set up wrong even though I've had no trouble with it for the past 2 years. They've somehow changed my log in and password. I had access to my fathers account and they said no you need to have 3rd party authority, !!!! Years ago I received a letter from the ATO claiming I didn't declare the interest on this comm bank account in my tax return, I've had to jump through hoops to explain to them its not my account, I only have access,. I bet my bottom dollar its going to happen again as they've put my access to the account in my name.
